La gesti\u00f3 de la distribuci\u00f3 de l\u2019equipament inform\u00e0tic de l\u2019alumnat i professorat del centre.<\/p>\n<h6>Article 10.<\/h6>\n<h6><span lang=\"CA\">Funcions espec\u00edfiques del\/la Coordinador\/a Digital<\/span><\/h6>\n<ol style=\"list-style-type: lower-alpha;\">\n<li>Vetllar pel bon funcionament dels equipaments inform\u00e0tics d\u2019\u00fas com\u00fa del centre, tant de maquinari com programari.<\/li>\n<li>Vetllar pel bon funcionament dels equips integrats de projecci\u00f3 i \u00e0udio d\u2019aula general del centre.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinar i organitzar d\u2019acord amb els Caps de Departament dels alumnes del qual utilitzen els equipaments inform\u00e0tics del Centre, el programari adient per tal de treure el millor rendiment a aquests equips.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinar i organitzar amb l\u2019empresa que el Departament d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 dictamini els treballs de manteniment dels equips inform\u00e0tics del centre sotmesos a aquest contracte de manteniment.<\/li>\n<li>Atendre les entrades d\u2019incid\u00e8ncies de manteniment d\u2019equipament inform\u00e0tic mitjan\u00e7ant l\u2019aplicaci\u00f3 iEduca.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n<div>\n<h6>Article 32.<\/h6>\n<h6><span lang=\"CA\">Funcions dels professors i professores<\/span><\/h6>\n<p>j. Utilitzar les tecnologies de la informaci\u00f3 i la comunicaci\u00f3, que han de con\u00e8ixer i dominar com a eina metodol\u00f2gica.<\/p>\n<h6>Article 38.<\/h6>\n<h6><span lang=\"CA\">Horari del professorat<\/span><\/h6>\n<p>Per tal de respectar el dret del professorat a desconnectar digitalment de les activitats lectives i no lectives de car\u00e0cter telem\u00e0tic, respectar el temps de descans, les vacances i la conciliaci\u00f3 familiar, es recomana restringir l\u2019enviament de missatges o correus electr\u00f2nics fora de l\u2019horari d\u2019obertura del centre. Igualment, es recomana potenciar el respecte a les jornades lectives de l\u2019alumnat, limitant l\u2019\u00fas professional i educatiu de les comunicacions fora d\u2019hores de treball, sobretot en els casos de teletreball i activitat lectiva telem\u00e0tica.<\/p>\n<h6>Article 99.<\/h6>\n<h6><span lang=\"CA\">Conductes contr\u00e0ries a la conviv\u00e8ncia del centre<\/span><\/h6>\n<p>f. La utilitzaci\u00f3 de qualsevol aparell que vulneri els drets de privacitat individual dels membres de la comunitat educativa o que alteri el desenvolupament normal d\u2019alguna activitat. En aquest apartat s\u2019inclou utilitzar, en temps lectiu a l\u2019aula, taller o laboratori, aparells electr\u00f2nics com: dispositius o tel\u00e8fons m\u00f2bils, o d\u2019altres que destorbin el desenvolupament normal de l\u2019activitat lectiva, llevat que ho autoritzi de forma expl\u00edcita el professor.<\/p>\n<p>i. Captaci\u00f3 d&#8217;imatges o sons dins de l\u2019aula o dels espais comuns del centre, sense l\u2019autoritzaci\u00f3 expressa del director, sempre que no es reconegui la persona.<\/p>\n<h6>3.
