{"id":7532,"date":"2025-10-27T19:02:31","date_gmt":"2025-10-27T18:02:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesmed\/?p=7532"},"modified":"2025-10-27T19:21:35","modified_gmt":"2025-10-27T18:21:35","slug":"eleccions-per-renovar-els-membres-dels-consells-escolars","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesmed\/general\/eleccions-per-renovar-els-membres-dels-consells-escolars\/","title":{"rendered":"Eleccions per renovar els membres dels consells escolars"},"content":{"rendered":"<p dir=\"ltr\">D&#8217;acord amb les instruccions del Departament d&#8217;Educaci\u00f3, les direccions dels centres hem de convocar les <strong>eleccions per a la renovaci\u00f3 parcial dels membres del consell escolar del centre.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">El consell escolar del centre \u00e9s l&#8217;\u00f2rgan col\u00b7legiat de participaci\u00f3 de la comunitat escolar en el govern del centre. Hi ha representats tots els col\u00b7lectius que intervenen en la comunitat educativa: director\/a, professorat, PAS\/PAE, alumnat, fam\u00edlies, AFA i Ajuntament.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Seguint amb les indicacions de Departament d\u2019Educaci\u00f3, s&#8217;adjunta la <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1lVwAVXNVpvUL-DnvTB87L6k-327TEGKf\/view?usp=sharing\">resoluci\u00f3 de convocat\u00f2ria del proc\u00e9s electoral. \u00a0<\/a><\/strong>A continuaci\u00f3 trobareu el calendari en el qual destaquen les seg\u00fcents dates:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">27 d&#8217;octubre: publicaci\u00f3 del cens electoral (al taulell d&#8217;anuncis interior)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">30 d&#8217;octubre: sorteig membres meses electorals i comunicaci\u00f3 de la designaci\u00f3<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">29 d&#8217;octubre: data m\u00e0xima de presentaci\u00f3 de reclamacions al cens<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">7 de novembre: data m\u00e0xima de presentaci\u00f3 de candidatures (fins a les 14.30h)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">11 de novembre: difusi\u00f3 de les candidatures de cada sector<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">18 de novembre: eleccions al consell escolar sector PAS\/PAE<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">19 de novembre: eleccions al consell escolar sector ALUMNAT<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><strong>19 de novembre: eleccions al consell escolar sector FAM\u00cdLIES\u00a0 de 17 a 18 hores<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">19 de novembre: eleccions al consell escolar sector PROFESSORAT<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">21 de novembre: publicaci\u00f3 dels resultats al consell escolar.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">3 de desembre Constituci\u00f3 del nou Consell Escolar renovat<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Podeu <strong>presentar les vostres candidatures abans del 7 de novembre mitjan\u00e7ant el <a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1PlWitB9ROogoSfLqYYfr9PKvzoH4Y41D\/view?usp=sharing\">seg\u00fcent document de presentaci\u00f3 de candidatura per a la renovaci\u00f3 del consell escolar . <\/a><\/strong>Cal registrar el document correctament complimentat i signat a la secretaria del centre.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Normativa<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Llei org\u00e0nica 8\/1985, de 3 de juliol, reguladora del dret a l&#8217;educaci\u00f3: articles 56 a 58<\/p>\n<p>Llei org\u00e0nica 2\/2006, de 3 de maig, d\u2019educaci\u00f3 consolidada: articles 126 i 127<\/p>\n<p>Llei 12\/2009, del 10 de juliol, d\u2019educaci\u00f3: Articles 139 i 148<\/p>\n<p>Decret 102\/2010, de 3 d\u2019agost, d\u2019autonomia dels centres educatius:\u00a0 Articles: 27, 28, 45, 46, 47 i 48<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>D&#8217;acord amb les instruccions del Departament d&#8217;Educaci\u00f3, les direccions dels centres hem de convocar les eleccions per a la renovaci\u00f3 parcial dels membres del consell escolar del centre.
