Permet un treball en xarxa i de col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 entre el sistema sanitari i l\u2019Institut Miquel Mart\u00ed i Pol, l&#8217;objectiu del qual \u00e9s millorar la salut dels adolescents m<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">itjan\u00e7ant diferents accions de promoci\u00f3 de la salut.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tot l\u2019alumnat d\u2019ESO i BTX pot assistir a la<\/span><b> consulta oberta <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">on la infermera referent del programa facilita assessorament i suport en temes d&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3 (sigui per exc\u00e9s o per defecte), salut afectivosexual, consum de subst\u00e0ncies t\u00f2xiques i salut mental. Mitjan\u00e7ant aquest, s\u2019han establert grups de ter\u00e0pia en els quals una psic\u00f2loga comunit\u00e0ria realitza sessions de treball terap\u00e8utic amb l\u2019alumnat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Existeix una relaci\u00f3 directa entre els professionals de Salut i Escola i les orientadores del centre amb l\u2019objectiu de coordinar accions de suport entre les fam\u00edlies, salut i l&#8217;equip d\u2019orientaci\u00f3 del centre.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Anualment es planifiquen xerrades, tallers de salut, benestar emocional i nutrici\u00f3 adre\u00e7ades a l\u2019alumnat i tamb\u00e9 a la comunitat educativa de l\u2019INS Miquel Mart\u00ed i Pol.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El programa Salut i Escola \u00e9s impulsat pel Departament de Salut i el Departament d&#8217;Educaci\u00f3.
