{"id":1623,"date":"2024-02-06T12:20:36","date_gmt":"2024-02-06T11:20:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesmartipol\/?page_id=1623"},"modified":"2024-02-06T12:21:34","modified_gmt":"2024-02-06T11:21:34","slug":"consell-de-delegats-en-clau-participativa","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesmartipol\/projectes\/consell-de-delegats-en-clau-participativa\/","title":{"rendered":"Consell de delegats en clau participativa"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A l\u2019INS hem iniciat un nou projecte per tal que els adolescents i joves identifiquin i alhora liderin projectes que els permetin ser part activa de la societat actual.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019objectiu \u00e9s construir un projecte propi des de l\u2019autogesti\u00f3 i el treball col\u00b7lectiu. Mitjan\u00e7ant el consell de delegats i delegades de centre es treballaran estrat\u00e8gies i eines de participaci\u00f3 amb els problemes socials de l\u2019entorn, els que formen part del municipi i els que formen part de l\u2019institut.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En el consell de delegats de centre s\u2019ha creat un espai per a la deliberaci\u00f3 i reflexi\u00f3 amb l\u2019objectiu de posar en joc el paper actiu dels joves en el seu entorn. Un espai en el qual s\u2019educa en la promoci\u00f3 del comprom\u00eds social d\u2019adolescents per avan\u00e7ar en la millora de la conviv\u00e8ncia, el benestar i la qualitat de vida, detectant els seus interessos i necessitats.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El projecte acompanya els delegats i delegades en la identificaci\u00f3 d\u2019una acci\u00f3 concreta en clau participativa. En finalitzar el projecte es crear\u00e0 una associaci\u00f3 que vincular\u00e0 la resta d\u2019alumnat i fam\u00edlies del centre amb la necessitat detectada durant el desplegament del projecte.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El treball en xarxa amb el teixit associatiu de l\u2019entorn i l\u2019associaci\u00f3 dels mateixos joves s\u00f3n la clau per a la construcci\u00f3 d\u2019aquest nou projecte, sempre des de l\u2019autogesti\u00f3 i el treball col\u00b7lectiu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0\u201cEl consell de delegats en clau participativa\u201d forma part del Pla d\u2019Entorn del municipi i es pot portar a terme gr\u00e0cies a la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 dels Ajuntaments de Roda de Ter i Masies de Roda.
