I <\/span><b>l\u2019objectiu <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">principal de tot aix\u00f2 \u00e9s <\/span><b>adaptar <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">la resposta educativa i els processos d\u2019ensenyament-aprenentatge a les necessitats del conjunt d\u2019alumnes del centre.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Per tot plegat, comptem amb l\u2019assessorament psicopedag\u00f2gic de<\/span><b> l\u2019equip extern de l\u2019EAP<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> (Equips d\u2019Assessorament Psicopedag\u00f2gic del Departament d\u2019Ensenyament).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">A m\u00e9s, <\/span><b>treballem en xarxa<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> coordinant-nos amb les <\/span><b>escoles adscrites<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> de prim\u00e0ria, <\/span><b>l\u2019EAP<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, i la professional sanit\u00e0ria de refer\u00e8ncia del programa <\/span><b>Salut i Escola<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, entre d\u2019altres serveis externs de salut i educaci\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Al centre, m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 de les aules, gaudim de dos espais per a poder atendre a l&#8217;alumnat, tant en grup com de manera individual, el departament i l&#8217;espai SIEI.<\/p>\n<p><a style=\"font-weight: 400\">Fetes les presentacions \u00aboficials\u00bb i lluny de voler-vos avorrir, creiem necessari fer un petit resum del qu\u00e8 fem dins al centre, funcions i objectius basats en els DOIGC de la Generalitat de Catalunya (i a l\u2019espera del desitjat decret d\u2019orientaci\u00f3 que fa temps que es cou dins l\u2019olla&#8230;).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Quin s\u00f3n els objectius del DO?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">&#8211; Afavorir la integraci\u00f3 dels alumnes en el grup i la participaci\u00f3 en la vida del centre, fomentant actituds de respecte, col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 i toler\u00e0ncia, aix\u00ed com el compliment de les normes de conviv\u00e8ncia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">&#8211; Realitzar un seguiment personalitzat del proc\u00e9s d\u2019aprenentatge.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">&#8211; Col\u00b7laborar en l\u2019avaluaci\u00f3 que duu a terme l\u2019equip docent, i recollir i transmetre qualsevol informaci\u00f3 adient sobre els alumnes i les seves fam\u00edlies.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">&#8211; Contribuir a la millora del rendiment acad\u00e8mic, fomentant la utilitzaci\u00f3 d\u2019estrat\u00e8gies d\u2019aprenentatge i la reflexi\u00f3 sobre el propi proc\u00e9s d\u2019aprenentatge.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">&#8211; Contribuir al desenvolupament personal de l\u2019alumne, orientant-lo en les seves necessitats personals.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Mantenir una relaci\u00f3 fluida amb les fam\u00edlies, informant-les dels processos <\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400\">d\u2019aprenentatge i adaptaci\u00f3 dels seus fills i orientant-los segons les necessitats que es plantegen. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Aix\u00ed doncs&#8230; amb qui treballem dins del centre (i qu\u00e8 podem fer amb cadasc\u00fa)??<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Les funcions anteriors es concreten en quatre <\/span><b>\u00e0mbits d\u2019actuaci\u00f3<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, dels que us fem un <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">resum <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">r\u00e0pid de llegir:<br \/>\n<\/span><b>Amb alumnes:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Detecci\u00f3 i diagn\u00f2stic de dificultats d\u2019aprenentatge.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Avaluaci\u00f3 psicopedag\u00f2gica espec\u00edfica a determinats alumnes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 <\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400\">en el disseny, aplicaci\u00f3 i seguiment de les mesures d\u2019atenci\u00f3 a la diversitat.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Entrevistes amb alumnes a petici\u00f3 d\u2019aquests, dels seus tutors\/es o fam\u00edlia.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Suport a l\u2019acci\u00f3 tutorial mitjan\u00e7ant col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3, informaci\u00f3 i preparaci\u00f3 d\u2019activitats.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Suport i seguiment de l\u2019avaluaci\u00f3 dels alumnes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Suport en l\u2019orientaci\u00f3 acad\u00e8mica i professional.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Participaci\u00f3 en el Consell Orientador al finalitzar l\u2019ESO.<\/span>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Amb el claustre:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 <\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400\">amb el professorat en l\u2019adopci\u00f3 de mesures d\u2019atenci\u00f3 a la <\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400\">diversitat de l\u2019alumnat a fi de millorar el proc\u00e9s d\u2019ensenyament i aprenentatge.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Suport al desenvolupament de programes d\u2019atenci\u00f3 a la diversitat.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Suport a l\u2019acci\u00f3 tutorial i orientadora.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 <\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400\">en el proc\u00e9s d\u2019avaluaci\u00f3 a trav\u00e9s de l\u2019assist\u00e8ncia a les reunions corresponents.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Atenci\u00f3\/assessorament individual al professorat.<\/span>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Amb les fam\u00edlies:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Informaci\u00f3 sobre mesures i programes d\u2019atenci\u00f3 a la diversitat.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Atenci\u00f3 i assessorament individual a fam\u00edlies en relaci\u00f3 amb el proc\u00e9s d\u2019aprenentatge i dificultats dels seus fills i filles.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Entrevistes <\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400\">amb les fam\u00edlies a petici\u00f3 d\u2019elles mateixes, del tutor\/a o del <\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400\">propi DO.<\/span>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Amb l\u2019Equip Directiu:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Elaborar sota les directrius de l\u2019Equip Directiu el Pla d\u2019Orientaci\u00f3 de centre i Atenci\u00f3 a la Diversitat, coordinar la seva aplicaci\u00f3 i contribuir al seu desenvolupament i avaluaci\u00f3.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Assessorar l\u2019Equip Directiu en l\u2019elaboraci\u00f3 del Projecte Educatiu de Centre, en la promoci\u00f3 i desenvolupament de l\u2019avaluaci\u00f3 dels diferents projectes del centre aix\u00ed com en les avaluacions externes.<\/span>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Tot plegat es tradueix en&#8230;<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Realitzar avaluacions psicopedag\u00f2giques individuals amb els alumnes que ho necessiten.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Coordinar i orientar les mesures d\u2019atenci\u00f3 a la diversitat amb refor\u00e7os educatius, adaptacions curriculars, plans individualitzats, derivacions a especialistes, etc.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Cooperar amb l\u2019equip docent en la millora del proc\u00e9s d\u2019aprenentatge i en l\u2019assoliment de les <\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400\">compet\u00e8ncies b\u00e0siques.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Facilitar l\u2019orientaci\u00f3 escolar i professional als alumnes i a les fam\u00edlies.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Establir canals de comunicaci\u00f3 amb les institucions i especialistes externs que treballen amb alumnes
