D&#8217;aquesta manera promovem la interculturalitat mitjan\u00e7ant la participaci\u00f3 familiar i la mostra de gastronomia com a element cultural i l&#8217;alumnat apr\u00e8n l\u00e8xic d&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3 i cuina, a la vegada que desenvolupa la capacitat de produir tant de forma escrita com oral, un text instructiu.
