Finalment s\u2019ha acabat ampliant el concepte, ja que aquestes difer\u00e8ncies i desigualtats passen tamb\u00e9 en altres \u00e0mbits, no nom\u00e9s en el laboral.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Amb aquest manifest, des del Grup Lila Montblanc, volem fer visible que la desigualtat entre homes i dones \u00e9s una problem\u00e0tica social, on les institucions continuen promovent que es mantinguin aquestes desigualtats. Entre tots i totes haur\u00edem de buscar noves solucions per abordar el problema de forma real i quotidiana i que vagi m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 dels discursos d\u2019un dia.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Les desigualtats ens afecten a tots i totes, des de la inf\u00e0ncia fins a l\u2019edat adulta. Aix\u00ed doncs, resulta imprescindible fomentar una educaci\u00f3 igualit\u00e0ria a les aules, per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 a casa: incloent les fam\u00edlies en aquestes accions preventives i promovent que totes les persones d\u2019aquesta societat participin en el canvi d\u2019aquest sistema patriarcal.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Creiem necessari, imprescindible i urgent trencar amb les tradicions de socialitzaci\u00f3 de g\u00e8nere, rols i estereotips, que organitzen el funcionament binari social, que ens marquen la nostra vida quotidiana i com ens hem de comportar, i que perpetuen aquesta desigualtat.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Aquestes desigualtats entre homes i dones, en moltes ocasions, s\u00f3n l\u2019origen de situacions de les viol\u00e8ncies masclistes.
