Per evitar un \u00fas indiscriminat dels aparells que afecti el bon funcionament del centre i els drets individuals s&#8217;imposa una acci\u00f3 educativa i una regulaci\u00f3 del seu \u00fas per al curs vigent.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1a RESTRICCI\u00d3<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>4.1 A l\u2019ESO <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Els m\u00f2bils han de ser a la motxilla i no visibles de les 8:00 a les 14:25 per a tota l\u2019etapa. Aix\u00f2 inclou les sortides i mobilitats diverses, biblioteca, l\u2019hora del pati, canvi de classe, lavabos, etc.<\/p>\n<p>ALERTA: A 1r i 2n d&#8217;ESO no es preveu cap activitat educativa amb m\u00f2bil ni tampoc que hi hagi un grup de Whatsapp de classe (tot via Moodle; agenda en paper i avisos).<\/p>\n<p>De 3r a 4t d\u2019ESO, els docents que vulguin fer un \u00fas did\u00e0ctic del m\u00f2bil ho hauran de comunicar a la direcci\u00f3 a trav\u00e9s d\u2019un formulari (fent constar la SdA o tipus d\u2019activitat on es prescriu l\u2019\u00fas) i caldr\u00e0 una autoritzaci\u00f3 per a cada SdA que se\u2019n vulgui fer \u00fas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>4.2 Al Batxillerat<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Es mant\u00e9 la normativa de regulaci\u00f3 actual. Es descriu a la 2a restricci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>4.3 Professorat<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Els professors no en poden fer \u00fas (excepte passar llista a l\u2019aula, als departaments i sales de professors, s\u00ed)<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>2a RESTRICCI\u00d3: SUP\u00d2SITS D&#8217;\u00daS DELS DISPOSITIUS M\u00d2BILS EN FUNCI\u00d3 DEL LLOC ON ES TROBA L&#8217;ALUMNE DE BATXILLERAT<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>1) Aules, laboratoris, tallers\u00a0 i biblioteca<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nom\u00e9s es pot utilitzar el m\u00f2bil amb l\u2019autoritzaci\u00f3 del professorat i sempre per a usos acad\u00e8mics.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2) Pati, entrades i sortides de l\u2019institut <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Es pot utilitzar per connectar-se a internet i enviar missatges. Es podr\u00e0 escoltar m\u00fasica sempre i quan es faci de manera respectuosa i amb cascs dins de l\u2019edifici. Cap d\u2019aquests casos poden suposar que l&#8217;alumnat arribi tard a l&#8217;aula o que el professorat l&#8217;hagi d&#8217;avisar per entrar.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3) Ex\u00e0mens<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Durant un examen l\u2019alumnat no podr\u00e0 tenir cap aparell d\u2019aquest tipus i el dipositar\u00e0 a la taula del professorat o en el lloc on aquest indiqui. Si s\u2019incompleix la norma durant una prova,\u00a0 l\u2019examen ser\u00e0 lliurat autom\u00e0ticament, l\u2019alumne\/a haur\u00e0 de marxar de l\u2019aula\u00a0 i la qualificaci\u00f3 ser\u00e0 zero.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4) Sortides acad\u00e8miques<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En les sortides es podr\u00e0 utilitzar el m\u00f2bil per mirar internet, enviar missatges i altres usos que determini el professorat, sempre que no interfereixin amb les activitats lectives<strong>. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En tot cas, el centre no pot requisar una propietat privada.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>3a RESTRICCI\u00d3:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>\u00daS RESPONSABLE DELS DISPOSITIUS M\u00d2BILS AL CENTRE <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Els dispositius m\u00f2bils al centre s\u2019usaran aplicant tres principis:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; La <strong>responsabilitat<\/strong>: un \u00fas adequat s\u2019ha de fonamentar en l\u2019\u00fas responsable perqu\u00e8 realment tingui un valor pedag\u00f2gic i no merament impositiu. Despr\u00e9s de respectar les restriccions a dalt indicades, l\u2019alumne\/a \u00e9s, en \u00faltim terme, qui decideix com i quan utilitza el m\u00f2bil i quines conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncies t\u00e9 aquesta elecci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; El <strong>respecte per l\u2019entorn i els altres: <\/strong>cal que es faci un \u00fas respectu\u00f3s pel que fa a l\u2019ambient de treball i vetllar per no vulnerar el dret a la intimitat de les persones.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; L\u2019<strong>adequaci\u00f3 (discriminaci\u00f3, reflexi\u00f3, bon \u00fas):<\/strong> l\u2019alumnat ha d\u2019aprendre a utilitzar de manera adequada aquests dispositius en les diferents situacions a dalt descrites.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong>NORMES A SEGUIR A BATXILLERAT<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>&#8211; El m\u00f2bil sempre ha d\u2019estar en silenci.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Al centre el tel\u00e8fon m\u00f2bil s\u2019ha de dur guardat durant les classes i activitats acad\u00e8miques (menys quan s\u2019hagi de fer servir).<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; L\u2019alumne ha de vetllar per la integritat del seu tel\u00e8fon m\u00f2bil. El centre no es fa responsable de les avaries, trencament, p\u00e8rdues, furts o robatoris dels tel\u00e8fons m\u00f2bils dels alumnes.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Els alumnes no poden realitzar trucades. Excepcionalment, per causa molt justificada, el professor en podr\u00e0 autoritzar l\u2019\u00fas.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Nom\u00e9s es pot escoltar m\u00fasica amb el m\u00f2bil o qualsevol altre dispositiu de reproducci\u00f3 de m\u00fasica a les estones de pati o per indicaci\u00f3 d&#8217;alguna activitat acad\u00e8mica.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; \u00a0En cas d\u2019incompliment de la normativa s\u2019establir\u00e0 l\u2019amonestaci\u00f3 corresponent. A la segona vegada es considerar\u00e0 una falta greu de disciplina.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; En cap cas es poden fer fotografies, v\u00eddeos o enregistraments de so dels companys, personal d\u2019administraci\u00f3 o del professorat, sense un consentiment previ o per indicaci\u00f3 d&#8217;alguna activitat acad\u00e8mica. <strong>Aquesta norma passa per damunt de qualsevol codi, ja que vulnera el dret a la intimitat de les persones.<\/strong> L\u2019incompliment d\u2019aquesta norma suposar\u00e0 una falta greu de disciplina. Tant si l\u2019alumne en fa o no difusi\u00f3 es procedir\u00e0 a l&#8217;obertura d&#8217;un expedient disciplinari i, si procedeix, es far\u00e0 la den\u00fancia corresponent.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><strong>POTENCIACI\u00d3 DE l\u2019\u00daS DE LES NOVES TECNOLOGIES<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>A trav\u00e9s de les diverses mat\u00e8ries s\u2019afavorir\u00e0 un bon \u00fas pedag\u00f2gic del m\u00f2bil i del coneixement de les aplicacions que prescriu el departament per assignatures concretes i les que els departaments did\u00e0ctics considerin complement\u00e0ries a la formaci\u00f3 que apareix en les programacions. <strong>L\u2019\u00fas del m\u00f2bil no podr\u00e0 ser l\u2019\u00fanica forma de realitzar l\u2019activitat acad\u00e8mica<\/strong>. En el cas que els pares manifestin la voluntat de no usar els m\u00f2bils amb aquesta finalitat s\u2019explicitar\u00e0 la forma alternativa.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li><strong>PEDAGOGIA VERS UN \u00daS ADEQUAT DELS APARELLS<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>El centre promour\u00e0 xerrades i formaci\u00f3 diversa per tal de prevenir les addiccions que aquests aparells poden causar aix\u00ed com el foment de la bona relaci\u00f3 entre alumnes fomentant les relacions interpersonals presencials.<\/p>\n<p><strong>L\u2019\u00fas del m\u00f2bil est\u00e0 subjecte a les condicions detallades.
