Las funciones a realizar ser\u00e1n:<\/p>\n

* Mantenimiento conductivo, preventivo y correctivo de instalaciones.<\/p>\n

* Electricidad, climatizaci\u00f3n, fontaner\u00eda y saneamiento, cerrajer\u00eda, etc.<\/p>\n

Lo que buscamos en nuestro\/a oficial de mantenimiento integral:<\/strong><\/p>\n

* Experiencia m\u00ednima: 2 a\u00f1os<\/p>\n

* Formaci\u00f3n en Prevenci\u00f3n de Riesgos Laborales: Nivel B\u00e1sico PRL<\/p>\n

* Trabajos en altura<\/p>\n

* Permiso de conducci\u00f3n B.<\/p>\n

* Conocimientos en climatizaci\u00f3n principalmente<\/p>\n

* Polivalencia T\u00e9cnica (electricidad, fontaner\u00eda)<\/p>\n

* Carn\u00e9s profesionales (Electricidad, Fontaner\u00eda).<\/p>\n

* Carnet\/certificado profesional de instalaciones t\u00e9rmicas en edificios (RITE) o de instalador frigorista.<\/p>\n

* Certificado acreditativo para la manipulaci\u00f3n de cualquier carga de refrigerantes fluorados.<\/p>\n

* Necesario carnet de conducir B.<\/p>\n
