Inscripci\u00f3 a les activitats extraescolars del camp escolar (curs 2023-2024)<\/strong><\/p>\n

Cada alumne ha de formalitzar la inscripci\u00f3 des de la web del seu centre o a trav\u00e9s de la informaci\u00f3 rebuda al correu.
\n1. Escollir les activitats extraescolars de l\u2019oferta indicada en el tr\u00edptic informatiu.
\n2. Entrar en el formulari on-line d\u2019inscripci\u00f3 i emplenar-lo.
\n3. Descarregar-se el full de pagament del web o del correu electr\u00f2nic rebut.
\n4. Realitzar el pagament i conservar un resguard per al centre.
\n5. Descarregar-se els fulls d\u2019autoritzaci\u00f3, i emplenar-los.
\n6. Amb tots els tr\u00e0mits realitzats, cal dur la documentaci\u00f3 a la secretaria del centre<\/strong>, i deixar-la a l\u2019atenci\u00f3 del coordinador de les extraescolars:<\/p>\n

a. Resguard pagament\/s.
\nb. Autoritzaci\u00f3 de participaci\u00f3 i autoritzaci\u00f3 de drets d’imatge.
\nc. Autoritzaci\u00f3 del Consell Esportiu per l’asseguran\u00e7a d’accidents.<\/p>\n

Fins que no es lliuri tota la documentaci\u00f3, la inscripci\u00f3 no ser\u00e0 v\u00e0lida.<\/p>\n
