Aquest dimarts, a l\u2019hora del pati, hem gaudit d\u2019una nova sessi\u00f3 de ioga obert a tota la comunitat educativa. L\u2019activitat, dinamitzada per la professora Dolors Rovira, ha ofert un espai de calma i connexi\u00f3 amb el cos i la respiraci\u00f3 enmig del ritme diari de l\u2019institut.<\/p>\n

L\u2019objectiu d\u2019aquestes trobades \u00e9s fomentar el benestar f\u00edsic i emocional de l\u2019alumnat i del professorat, tot promovent h\u00e0bits saludables i moments de pausa conscient dins de la jornada escolar.<\/p>\n

L\u2019activitat forma part de la l\u00ednia de centre orientada a la cura personal i conviv\u00e8ncia positiva, i est\u00e0 oberta a tothom qui vulgui participar-hi en futures sessions.<\/p>\n
