Durant el passat mes de gener i principis de febrer els alumnes de quart d\u2019ESO de l\u2019Institut M\u00e0rius Torres han participat en una sessi\u00f3 al gimn\u00e0s Zenkiu dins del programa Fitjove. Van sortir de l\u2019institut a tercera hora, i van arribar al gimn\u00e0s sobre les 11\u201945. Un cop deixat el material als vestidors i preparats, van comen\u00e7ar les tres activitats ofertes, acompanyats de la m\u00fasica, les bicis i les coreografies.<\/p>\n

Des del departament d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 F\u00edsica es valora positivament aquest programa elaborat per la Secretaria General de l\u2019esport conjuntament amb l’ag\u00e8ncia de\u00a0 Salut P\u00fablica de Catalunya, doncs pret\u00e9n fomentar la pr\u00e0ctica d\u2019exercici f\u00edsic durant el temps de lleure dels joves.<\/p>\n

Preparats per poder fer exercici f\u00edsic (roba, cal\u00e7at, tovallola, aigua) van realitzar un tastet d\u2019activitats aer\u00f2biques divertides dins la primera fase d\u2019aquest programa, per continuar contestant una enquesta an\u00f2nima sobre els h\u00e0bits dels joves. Posteriorment, un dels professors del Zenkiu els va informar de la possibilitat de gaudir d\u2019alguna\/es de les activitats f\u00edsiques practicades de forma regular, amb un preu m\u00e9s que competitiu, doncs aquest programa est\u00e0 subvencionat.<\/p>\n

Van ser quatre dies diferents (un per grup), on els alumnes van \u201cdonar-ho tot\u201d, practicant i gaudint for\u00e7a.\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n
