L’alumnat de 2n de batxillerat art\u00edstic va rebre una formaci\u00f3 de dansa cl\u00e0ssica i workout\u00a0 impartida per la Lara Cuadrado, professora de ballet i, tamb\u00e9, professora de lleng\u00fces cl\u00e0ssiques al centre.<\/div>\n
La sessi\u00f3 va consistir en un escalfament basat en estiraments per treballar la flexibilitat i la pot\u00e8ncia, combinant exercicis de ballet cl\u00e0ssic amb cardio.<\/div>\n

Despr\u00e9s del treball i l’esfor\u00e7, van aconseguir fer encadenaments i diagonals de salts i girs.<\/div>\n
