Es doctor en Ci\u00e8ncies Econ\u00f2miques per la Universitat Complutense de Madrid.<\/p>\n<p><b>Professi\u00f3:<\/b><br \/>\nVa treballar com a enginyer a la Compa\u00f1\u00eda Espa\u00f1ola de Petr\u00f3leos fins que entr\u00e0 en pol\u00edtica. Va ser responsable d&#8217;Hisenda de la Diputaci\u00f3 Provincial de Madrid. Des del 1979 fins al 2009 es dedica a diversos \u00e0mbits de la pol\u00edtica, -espanyola i europea- amb c\u00e0rrecs relacionats amb la seva carrera de Ci\u00e8ncies Econ\u00f2miques.
