Aquesta col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 ens permet refor\u00e7ar l&#8217;equitat educativa i oferir un suport personalitzat a qui m\u00e9s ho necessita.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Qu\u00e8 fa l\u2019Educadora Social al centre?<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">D&#8217;acord amb la normativa vigent del Departament d&#8217;Educaci\u00f3, les seves funcions principals s\u00f3n:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Suport emocional i social:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Acompanya l&#8217;alumnat en la gesti\u00f3 de conflictes i en el seu benestar personal.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Lluita contra l&#8217;absentisme:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Treballa colze a colze amb les fam\u00edlies per garantir que cap alumne perdi el fil de la seva escolaritzaci\u00f3.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Connexi\u00f3 amb l&#8217;entorn:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Fa de pont entre l&#8217;institut i els serveis del barri\/municipi (centres de lleure, serveis socials, entitats esportives, etc.).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Millora de la conviv\u00e8ncia:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Dinamitza activitats que fomenten el respecte, la igualtat i la bona entesa entre tots els membres de la comunitat educativa.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Per con\u00e8ixer amb m\u00e9s detall les seves funcions accediu al <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/document\/d\/1gkQJ5ze0J92To2MGz1iWPrSVwO4CMX776RrgY7gJYEA\/edit?usp=sharing\"><b>seg\u00fcent document<\/b><\/a><\/p>\n<h3><b>Com hi podeu contactar?<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L&#8217;educadora social forma part de l&#8217;<\/span><b>Equip d&#8217;Orientaci\u00f3<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> del centre.
