{"id":22238,"date":"2024-02-05T11:15:37","date_gmt":"2024-02-05T10:15:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesmariarubies\/?p=22238"},"modified":"2024-02-05T11:48:39","modified_gmt":"2024-02-05T10:48:39","slug":"taller-daliments-cientifics","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesmariarubies\/batxillerat\/taller-daliments-cientifics\/","title":{"rendered":"Taller cient\u00edfic d&#8217;aliments"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>L\u2019alumnat de biologia de 2n batxillerat va participar el passat 2 de febrer en els tallers de microorganismes i elaboraci\u00f3 de xocolata, organitzats pel Departament de Tecnologia d\u2019Aliments del Campus Agroalimentari, Forestal i Veterinari de la Universitat de Lleida (ETSEA).<\/p>\n<p>En la primera activitat l\u2019alumnat va endinsar-se en el m\u00f3n de la microbiologia d\u2019aliments, podent observar en un microscopi diferents microorganismes beneficiosos i alteradors.
