Aquest dimarts els alumnes de 4t B han anat al campus de l’ETSEA de la UdL per fer el taller “ESFERIFICACIONS: Com fer fideus o caviar de sucs de fruita o iogurt?”.
\nEn aquesta activitat han apr\u00e8s com encapsular aliments a trav\u00e9s d’un proc\u00e9s que es du a terme amb alginat, un polisac\u00e0rid extret a partir d’algues marines brunes.
\nHan vist els diferents tipus d’esferificaci\u00f3 (b\u00e0sica i inversa) i han pogut experimentar al laboratori amb diferents formes i colors per encapsular els aliments.<\/p>\n

Els alumnes, que es van portar molt b\u00e9, van gaudir al m\u00e0xim d’aquesta experi\u00e8ncia cient\u00edfica.<\/p>\n
