Can a photograph be a call to action? How might photographs of inequality and injustice affect us?<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Our 2nd ESO students have reflected on these questions through their work on photomontages for our Erasmus+ corner. Their creations are based on the works of Sebasti\u00e3o\u00a0 Salgado, an\u00a0 internationally\u00a0 renowned\u00a0 photographer\u00a0 from\u00a0 Brazil\u00a0 known\u00a0 for\u00a0 his\u00a0 long-term\u00a0 projects\u00a0 investigating\u00a0 social,\u00a0 political,\u00a0 and\u00a0 economic\u00a0 issues\u00a0 of\u00a0 global\u00a0 significance.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">This project has been conducted in an inquiry-based reflection format, encouraging participants to discover visual information and realize multiple interpretations and meanings about how human beings are affected by devastating socio-economic phenomena such as inequality, poverty, mass migration driven by hunger, natural disasters, environmental degradation and demographic pressure.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Conducted by our Arts teacher Anna Ballester, we have offered an open forum for dialogue about the role images play in our culture to our students, and they have explored how an artistic intervention\u00a0 can\u00a0 change\u00a0 a\u00a0 photograph. Una fotograf\u00eda pot ser una crida a l&#8217;acci\u00f3? Com ens poden afectar les fotografies sobre desigualtat i injust\u00edcia?<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Els nostres estudiants de 2n d\u2019ESO han reflexionat sobre aquestes preguntes a trav\u00e9s del seu treball sobre fotomuntatges per al nostre Erasmus+ corner. Les seves creacions es basen en les obres de Sebasti\u00e3o Salgado, un fotograf reconegut internacionalment del Brasil conegut pels seus projectes a llarg termini que investiguen q\u00fcestions socials, pol\u00edtiques i econ\u00f2miques d\u2019import\u00e0ncia mundial.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Condu\u00eft per la nostra docent d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 Visual i Pl\u00e0stica Anna Ballester, aquest projecte s\u2019ha dut a terme en un format de reflexi\u00f3 basat en la creaci\u00f3 art\u00edstica, animant els participants a descobrir informaci\u00f3 visual i a realitzar m\u00faltiples interpretacions i significats sobre com els \u00e9ssers humans es veuen afectats per fen\u00f2mens socioecon\u00f2mics devastadors com la desigualtat, la pobresa, la migraci\u00f3 massiva impulsada per la fam, els desastres, la degradaci\u00f3 ambiental i la pressi\u00f3 demogr\u00e0fica.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">CAST<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">\u00bfLa fotograf\u00eda tiene el poder de cambiar nuestra manera de ver el mundo e, incluso, de cambiar nuestro comportamiento? \u00bfUna fotograf\u00eda puede ser una llamada a la acci\u00f3n? \u00bfC\u00f3mo nos pueden afectar las fotograf\u00edas sobre desigualdad e injusticia?<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Nuestros estudiantes de 2\u00ba de ESO han reflexionado sobre estas preguntas a trav\u00e9s de su trabajo de fotomontajes para nuestro Erasmus+ corner.
