COMISSI\u00d3 D’ATENCI\u00d3 A LA DIVERSITAT de FP (CAD)<\/h2>\n

La CAD \u00e9s un recurs habitual als ensenyaments de prim\u00e0ria i ESO, per\u00f2 poc freq\u00fcent als estudis postobligatoris. Amb la CAD, volem donar resposta a les necessitats educatives de tot el nostre alumnat, establint dos eixos d’acci\u00f3: suport a l’equip docent i a l’alumnat.<\/p>\n

Qu\u00e8 fem?<\/b><\/p>\n

–\u00a0<\/b>Realitzem la detecci\u00f3 inicial de tot l’alumnat de cicles formatius que presenta necessitats educatives.<\/p>\n

– Planifiquem i organitzem les mesures flexibilitzadores per atendre la diversitat de l’alumnat.<\/p>\n

– Organitzem l’orientaci\u00f3 i fem un assessorament individualitzat a aquell alumnat, fam\u00edlies o professorat que ho requereix.<\/p>\n

– Realitzem el seguiment de les mesures establertes: es revisen i es promouen canvis per millorar els resultats, l’acollida i l’\u00e8xit de tot l’alumnat.<\/p>\n
