L&#8217;activitat es va desenvolupar a la <strong>platja del Somorrostro<\/strong> en horari de mat\u00ed (8:30 &#8211; 11h), aprofitant el bon temps i l\u2019entorn natural per enriquir l&#8217;experi\u00e8ncia.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Detalls de l\u2019Activitat:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Explicaci\u00f3 inicial de la t\u00e8cnica de carrera i exercicis per treballar-la<\/li>\n<li>Gravaci\u00f3 de la seva t\u00e8cnica en parelles per a posterior observaci\u00f3<\/li>\n<li>Feedback posterior a un company mirant els v\u00eddeos gravats, promovent la reflexi\u00f3 i l\u2019aprenentatge visual<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Aquesta activitat va permetre als alumnes entendre millor la t\u00e8cnica de carrera, corregir postures i millorar la seva execuci\u00f3 en un entorn relaxat per\u00f2 enfocat en l\u2019aprenentatge. L\u2019experi\u00e8ncia va ser molt ben valorada tant pels alumnes com per l\u2019equip docent, i segurament repetirem una activitat similar en el futur.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Lloc:<\/strong> Platja del
