Aquesta feina la fem en col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 amb EIXGRAN, un projecte comunitari impulsat per Serveis Socials de l\u2019Esquerra de l\u2019Eixample. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Entre les activitats que hem fet, s\u2019hi inclouen: <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8212; Xerrades de formaci\u00f3 sobre el tema amb diferents entitats (C\u00e0ritas, visita a Serveis Socials, la Colla cuidadora, Emprenem cures, Menjador Social Emma\u00fas,&#8230;).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8212; Voluntariat cada dimarts per torns a l\u2019hora de dinar al menjador social per a persones grans Emma\u00fas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8212; Activitats de lleure per a persones grans dues tardes al trimestre (discoteca i gimcana de jocs).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ara estem comen\u00e7ant tamb\u00e9 l\u2019acompanyament a persones grans del barri una hora a la setmana a passejar, comprar,&#8230;
