La visita es divideix entre una xerrada on la coordinadora N\u00faria Prim ens explica les l\u00ednies de recerca d&#8217;aquest centre p\u00fablic i una visita a les instal\u00b7lacions. Els alumnes poden veure als investigadors en plena feina als laboratoris de recerca. A l&#8217;estabulari on es troben els animals d&#8217;experimentaci\u00f3 (ratolins, rates, ovelles i porcs nans) no es pot accedir\u00a0per\u00a0no destorbar-los, per\u00f2 les explicacions s\u00f3n tan acurades que ho fan innecessari.<\/p>\n<p>Aquest any hem pogut gaudir d&#8217;una demostraci\u00f3 de nanotecnologia. Treballen amb diferents part\u00edcules, entre d&#8217;altres, part\u00edcules d&#8217;or (el flasc\u00f3 vermell de les fotos), que reaccionen amb mol\u00e8cules indicadores de determinades malalties (flascons vermell i transparent de la fotografia). Amb la nanotecnologia\u00a0es poden determinar problemes de salut en flu\u00efds (saliva, orina, sang), o fer arribar f\u00e0rmacs a punts determinats del cos, o restaurar teixits amb nanorobots.<\/p>\n<p>Volem agrair al personal del centre de recerca la seva amabilitat i atenci\u00f3. De ben segur que el dimecres passat es van gestar, refor\u00e7ar o definir algunes vocacions cient\u00edfiques. Feu molt bona tasca!.
