Aix\u00ed ho van comprovar els alumnes de 1r de batxillerat de l&#8217;institut durant la setmana de la Ci\u00e8ncia al laboratori de Ci\u00e8ncies Naturals. Van comprovar el canvi de color del pigment (lila) amb subst\u00e0ncies \u00e0cides (\u00e0cid clorh\u00eddric, vinagre, suc de mandarina, acetona) i b\u00e0siques (hidr\u00f2xid s\u00f2dic, lleixiu, bicarbonat o amon\u00edac). Amb aquestes dades vam fer una carta de color amb els pH corresponents, que va servir per a determinar el pH de una mostra d&#8217;aigua mineral i una d&#8217;aigua de l&#8217;aixeta.
