Les activitats outdoor es basen en el foment de l&#8217;aprenentatge experiencial.\u00a0 Permet crear coneixement a partir de transformaci\u00f3 a trav\u00e9s de l&#8217;experi\u00e8ncia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Els objectius d\u2019 aquesta formaci\u00f3 outdoor en emprenedoria \u00e9s potenciar les habilitats laborals i personals fonamentals per l\u2019 \u00e8xit de l\u2019 emprenedor com: la iniciativa, la consciencia, l\u2019 autoconfian\u00e7a, el lideratge, l&#8217;adaptaci\u00f3 i la gesti\u00f3 de conflictes i situacions. Les millores en actituds emprenedores fa treballar la pro activitat, les habilitats de comunicaci\u00f3 i el treball en equip.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c9s especialment rellevant l\u2019augment del companyerisme, la presa de decisions i el treball en equip.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Durant el desenvolupament de les activitats el professors de cicles formatius han experimentat a traves del joc i dels exercicis un aprenentatge inductiu. Es va posar en com\u00fa la informaci\u00f3 de les proves per la posterior avaluaci\u00f3, i per \u00faltim es va interpretar el grau de satisfacci\u00f3, lideratge, comunicaci\u00f3 i rendiment dels grups participants.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La jornada va ser un \u00e8xit ja que va permetre despertar al creativitat \u00a0i la intel\u00b7lig\u00e8ncia en l&#8217;ambient natural de Sant Mart\u00ed de Centelles.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aquesta jornada s&#8217;emmarca dintre de les actuacions de les aules d\u2019 emprenedoria que formen part del programa Empr\u00e8n FP i \u00e9s el segon any que \u00e9s realitzen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Agra\u00efm al professorat i a la direcci\u00f3 del centre la participaci\u00f3 i l\u2019 implicaci\u00f3 en el
