En la modalitat DUAL amb les seves 1000 hores de treball a les empreses, les pr\u00e0ctiques esdevenen un agent formatiu m\u00e9s.\u00a0 A les exposicions tamb\u00e9 es convida als tutors d&#8217;empresa dels alumnes, perqu\u00e8 formen part de les valoracions finals i de les deliberacions de l&#8217;avaluaci\u00f3 final de l\u2019alumne.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les exposicions dels dossiers han tingut els seg\u00fcents punts:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dades de l\u2019estada.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Descripci\u00f3 i activitat principal de l&#8217;empresa.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Expectatives i objectius personals a les pr\u00e0ctiques<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Descripci\u00f3 mensual dels aprenentatges adquirits, explicaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;evoluci\u00f3 de les tasques realitzades a l&#8217;empresa durant les pr\u00e0ctiques.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Valoraci\u00f3 de les pr\u00e0ctiques: Valoraci\u00f3 dels coneixements i habilitats adquirides a les pr\u00e0ctiques, punts forts i febles de la teva tasca administrativa.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Presentaci\u00f3 de fotos, documents o procediments realitzats a les pr\u00e0ctiques.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Reflexi\u00f3 personal de les pr\u00e0ctiques.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A trav\u00e9s d\u2019aquestes exposicions, l\u2019alumne reflexiona sobre la utilitat i vig\u00e8ncia de la formaci\u00f3 rebuda al cicle i el professorat recull amb el testimoni de l\u2019alumne, els requisits actuals de feina als departaments administratius.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Al curs 22-23 que ara finalitza, un 30 % dels alumnes han realitzat les seves pr\u00e0ctiques en la modalitat DUAL i s\u2019espera que en el curs 23-24 aquesta dada es dupliqui.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019equip docent dels cicles formatius agraeix la feina feta tant als alumnes com a les empreses,
