volem compartir amb vosaltres una reflexi\u00f3 sobre la situaci\u00f3 actual del sistema educatiu p\u00fablic i informar-vos de les mesures col\u00b7lectives que hem pres per defensar una educaci\u00f3 de qualitat<\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"4,3\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"5\">El nostre comprom\u00eds<\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"6\"><span data-path-to-node=\"6,1\"><span class=\"citation-42\">Volem refermar el nostre comprom\u00eds amb l&#8217;educaci\u00f3 dels vostres fills i filles<\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"6,3\">. <\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"6,5\"><span class=\"citation-41\">La nostra voluntat \u00e9s oferir una formaci\u00f3 de qualitat, inclusiva i que respongui a la diversitat real de les nostres aules<\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"6,7\">. <\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"6,9\"><span class=\"citation-40\">Tanmateix, les condicions actuals fan que aquesta tasca sigui cada cop m\u00e9s dif\u00edcil<\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"6,11\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"7\">Diagn\u00f2stic de la situaci\u00f3 actual<\/h3>\n<p id=\"p-rc_cc36d3dfa1f57497-38\" data-path-to-node=\"8\"><span data-path-to-node=\"8,1\"><span class=\"citation-39\">Actualment, el professorat ens trobem amb una s\u00e8rie de problem\u00e0tiques que repercuteixen directament en l&#8217;alumnat<\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"8,3\">:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"9\">\n<li>\n<p id=\"p-rc_cc36d3dfa1f57497-39\" data-path-to-node=\"9,0,1\"><span data-path-to-node=\"9,0,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"9,0,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\"><span class=\"citation-38\">R\u00e0tios elevades<\/span><\/b><span class=\"citation-38\"> que dificulten l&#8217;atenci\u00f3 personalitzada<\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"9,0,1,2\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p id=\"p-rc_cc36d3dfa1f57497-40\" data-path-to-node=\"9,1,1\"><span laborals<\/span><\/b><span class=\"citation-34\"> no actualitzades segons les responsabilitats actuals<\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"9,4,1,2\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 significatives per part de l&#8217;administraci\u00f3, i de forma consensuada amb altres centres de Vilanova i la Geltr\u00fa i del Garraf, hem decidit aplicar les seg\u00fcents mesures de pressi\u00f3<\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"11,3\">:<\/span><\/p>\n<h4 data-path-to-node=\"12\">Per a aquest curs escolar:<\/h4>\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"13\">\n<li>\n<p id=\"p-rc_cc36d3dfa1f57497-45\" data-path-to-node=\"13,0,1\"><span data-path-to-node=\"13,0,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"13,0,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\"><span class=\"citation-32\">Xarxes socials:<\/span><\/b><span class=\"citation-32\"> S\u2019utilitzaran exclusivament per a informaci\u00f3 pr\u00e0ctica i essencial<\/span><\/span><span class=\"citation-24\">Aquestes accions no s\u00f3n una ren\u00fancia a la nostra feina, sin\u00f3 una manera de defensar-la<\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"17,11\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"p-rc_cc36d3dfa1f57497-52\" data-path-to-node=\"18\"><span data-path-to-node=\"18,1\"><span class=\"citation-23\">Us demanem la vostra comprensi\u00f3 i suport en aquest cam\u00ed cap a una
