{"id":4366,"date":"2022-10-21T09:10:00","date_gmt":"2022-10-21T07:10:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesmalgrat\/?p=4366"},"modified":"2022-11-24T15:53:32","modified_gmt":"2022-11-24T14:53:32","slug":"recuperem-el-programa-tutoria-entre-iguals-tei","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesmalgrat\/eso\/recuperem-el-programa-tutoria-entre-iguals-tei\/","title":{"rendered":"RECUPEREM EL PROGRAMA TUTORIA ENTRE IGUALS (TEI)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La pand\u00e8mia ens va obligar a suspendre el programa Tutoria Entre Iguals (TEI), una estrat\u00e8gia educativa per la conviv\u00e8ncia escolar, dissenyada com una mesura pr\u00e0ctica contra la viol\u00e8ncia i l\u2019assetjament escolar que t\u00e9 car\u00e0cter institucional i implica a tota la comunitat educativa. L\u2019objectiu principal \u00e9s la integraci\u00f3 escolar treballant per una cultura de l\u2019escola inclusiva i la no viol\u00e8ncia, fomentant que les relacions entre iguals siguin satisfact\u00f2ries. Els nous alumnes de primer de secund\u00e0ria, veuen afavorida la seva autoestima, compensant el desequilibri de poder i forces.<\/p>\n<p>Els alumnes de tercer d\u2019ESO s\u00f3n tutors, de forma volunt\u00e0ria, dels alumnes que acaben d\u2019arribat al centre al primer curs d\u2019ESO, els tutors reben una formaci\u00f3 espec\u00edfica per part del coordinador del programa sobre les caracter\u00edstiques generals de la tutoria i la relaci\u00f3 que tenen sobre la conviv\u00e8ncia i l\u2019assetjament escolar.<\/p>\n<p>Dimecres passat, 19 d\u2019octubre de 2022, despr\u00e9s de les sessions formatives i informatives inicials del programa celebrades en sessions anteriors de tutoria, es va celebrar una activitat al Parc de Francesc Maci\u00e0 de Malgrat de Mar en la qual els alumnes tutors de 3r d\u2019ESO i els alumnes\u00a0 tutoritzats de 1r d\u2019ESO es van con\u00e8ixer, donant inici al que es considera una de les parts m\u00e9s importants del programa: les parelles TEI.<\/p>\n<p>Les parelles TEI fan trobades informals\u00a0 en els espais i el temps no lectius (patis, entrades, sortides, passadissos, canvis de classe\u2026).
