El nombre de representants de cada sector a renovar \u00e9s se seg\u00fcent:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Professorat<\/strong>: 2 components<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pares i mares d&#8217;alumnes:<\/strong> 2 representants<\/li>\n<li><strong>Alumnat:<\/strong> 4 representants<\/li>\n<li><strong>Personal d&#8217;administraci\u00f3 i serveis<\/strong> (1 representant)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>D&#8217;altra banda, l&#8217;Ajuntament de Malgrat de Mar i l&#8217;AMPA hauran de comunicar els seus representants abans de la constituci\u00f3 del Consell Escolar.<\/p>\n<p>Algunes dates clau del proc\u00e9s s\u00f3n les seg\u00fcents:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Publicaci\u00f3 dels censos electorals<\/strong>: 4 de novembre de 2021.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sorteig dels components de les meses electorals d&#8217;alumnes i de pares i mares d&#8217;alumnes<\/strong>: 8 de novembre de 2021.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Constituci\u00f3 de les meses electorals<\/strong>: 12 de novembre de 2021.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Presentaci\u00f3 de candidatures als diversos sectors:<\/strong> Fins el 15 de novembre de 2021, incl\u00f2s <em><strong>(Descarregueu <a href=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesmalgrat\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu615\/2021\/10\/Impres-de-presentacio-de-candidatures-eleccions-al-Consell-Escolar.pdf\">Impr\u00e8s de presentaci\u00f3 de candidatures eleccions al Consell Escolar <\/a>per presentar la candidatura o demaneu-lo a la Secretaria del centre)<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n<li><strong>Votacions dels diversos sectors<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Sector de pares i mares d&#8217;alumnes: 22 de novembre de 2021<\/li>\n<li>Sector de professorat: 24 de novembre de 2021<\/li>\n<li>Sector del PAS i sector d&#8217;alumnes: 24 de novembre de 2021<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Constituci\u00f3 del nou Consell Escolar:<\/strong> 29 de novembre de 2021<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La normativa d&#8217;aplicaci\u00f3 al procediment \u00e9s la\u00a0 <a title=\"Ves al DOGC\" href=\"https:\/\/dogc.gencat.cat\/ca\/document-del-dogc\/?documentId=912090\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Resoluci\u00f3 EDU\/3043\/2021<\/a>, de 6 d\u2019octubre, per la qual s&#8217;estableix el calendari i el r\u00e8gim del proc\u00e9s electoral per renovar els membres dels consells escolars dels centres p\u00fablics i privats sostinguts amb fons p\u00fablics.\u200b<\/p>\n<p>Les funcions del Consell Escolar s\u00f3n les seg\u00fcents:<\/p>\n<table style=\"border-collapse: collapse; width: 100%;\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"width: 50%; border-color: #000000;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Aprovar el projecte educatiu i les modificacions corresponents per una majoria de tres cinquenes parts dels membres.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<td style=\"width: 50%; border-color: #000000;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Aprovar la programaci\u00f3 general anual del centre i avaluar-ne el desenvolupament i els resultats.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"width: 50%; border-color: #000000;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Aprovar les propostes d&#8217;acords de coresponsabilitat, convenis i altres acords de col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 del centre amb entitats o institucions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<td style=\"width: 50%; border-color: #000000;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Aprovar les normes d&#8217;organitzaci\u00f3 i funcionament i les modificacions corresponents.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"width: 50%; border-color: #000000;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Aprovar la carta de comprom\u00eds educatiu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<td style=\"width: 50%; border-color: #000000;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Aprovar el pressupost del centre i el rendiment de comptes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"width: 50%; border-color: #000000;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Intervenir en el procediment d&#8217;admissi\u00f3 d&#8217;alumnes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<td style=\"width: 50%; border-color: #000000;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Participar en el procediment de selecci\u00f3 i en la proposta de cessament del director o directora.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"width: 50%; border-color: #000000;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Intervenir en la resoluci\u00f3 dels conflictes i, si escau, revisar les sancions als alumnes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<td style=\"width: 50%; border-color: #000000;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Aprovar les directrius per a la programaci\u00f3 d&#8217;activitats escolars complement\u00e0ries i d&#8217;activitats extraescolars, i avaluar-ne el desenvolupament.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"width: 50%;
