{"id":3486,"date":"2020-12-05T18:35:50","date_gmt":"2020-12-05T17:35:50","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesmalgrat\/?p=3486"},"modified":"2020-12-19T12:11:20","modified_gmt":"2020-12-19T11:11:20","slug":"activitat-cuina-sense-pares","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesmalgrat\/portada\/activitat-cuina-sense-pares\/","title":{"rendered":"Activitat &#8220;Cuina sense pares&#8221;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>L&#8217;alumnat de 4ESOD i dels nostres programes de formaci\u00f3 i inserci\u00f3 (PFI) han participat en l&#8217;activitat &#8220;Cuina sense pares&#8221; que organitza la Diputaci\u00f3 de Bacelona per tal de promoure una alimentaci\u00f3 saludable i equilibrada entre els adolescents i joves de la demarcaci\u00f3 de Barcelona, dotant-los de les eines necess\u00e0ries per potenciar la seva l\u2019autonomia a la cuina, a trav\u00e9s de propostes de receptes f\u00e0cils, r\u00e0pides, sostenibles, a la vegada que saludables.<\/p>\n<p>El taller \u00e9s actiu i participatiu, i es divideix en dues parts:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Part te\u00f2rica (30 minuts)<\/li>\n<li>Part pr\u00e0ctica (90 minuts): preparar un men\u00fa amb per un primer plat, un segon plat i unes postres. Una vegada elaborat el men\u00fa, els alumnes tastaran el que han cuinat.
