L&#8217;horari d&#8217;atenci\u00f3 al p\u00fablic ser\u00e0 de dilluns a divendres de 09.00 a 14:00 hores i els dilluns 1 i 8 d&#8217;abril de 16:00 a 17:30 hores.<\/p>\n<p>La jornada de portes obertes es va realitzar el dilluns, 25 de mar\u00e7, lliurant als assistents el <a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1C4cKPBCoshgfvPLGVp_5HC3DX-Ax9JON\/view?usp=sharing\"><strong><em>DOSSIER INFORMATIU<\/em><\/strong><\/a>, on s&#8217;explica el projecte pedag\u00f2gic del centre, els serveis que ofereix l\u2019Institut, activitats extraescolars,aportacions, funcionament de la preinscripci\u00f3,&#8230;. A continuaci\u00f3 es va efectuar una visita de les instal\u00b7lacions del centre.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Si alg\u00fa no hi va poder assistir i t\u00e9 inter\u00e8s en rebre informaci\u00f3 cal posar-se en contacte amb el centre, per tal de concertat dia i hora de visita.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Els documents que s\u2019hauran d\u2019aportar, en tots els casos, s\u00f3n els seg\u00fcents:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Original i fotoc\u00f2pia del llibre de fam\u00edlia o altres documents relatius a la filiaci\u00f3. Si l\u2019alumne o alumna est\u00e0 en situaci\u00f3 d\u2019acolliment, la resoluci\u00f3 d\u2019acolliment del Departament de Treball, Afers Socials i Fam\u00edlies.<\/li>\n<li>Original i fotoc\u00f2pia del DNI de la persona sol\u00b7licitant (pare, mare, tutor o tutora o guardador o guardadora de fet) o, si el sol\u00b7licitant \u00e9s estranger, de la targeta de resid\u00e8ncia on consta el NIE o el passaport.
