{"id":14165,"date":"2025-09-22T16:07:50","date_gmt":"2025-09-22T14:07:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ieslluchirafecas\/?page_id=14165"},"modified":"2025-10-13T19:07:42","modified_gmt":"2025-10-13T17:07:42","slug":"convalidacions-exempcions-ccff","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ieslluchirafecas\/secretaria-2\/convalidacions-exempcions-ccff\/","title":{"rendered":"Convalidacions  i exempcions CCFF"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4>Convalidacions<\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">La normativa per la qual es regeix tot el proc\u00e9s de convalidacions en els Cicles Formatius de Formaci\u00f3 Professional, est\u00e0 recollida en el Reial Decret 1085\/2020 de 9 de Desembre publicat en el BOE del seg\u00fcent enlla\u00e7: <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><u><a href=\"https:\/\/www.boe.es\/eli\/es\/rd\/2020\/12\/09\/1085\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">https:\/\/www.boe.es\/eli\/es\/rd\/2020\/12\/09\/1085<\/span><\/span><\/a><\/u><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Les taules que surten en els annexos segueixen vigents amb el nou pla d\u2019estudis, inclosos els m\u00f2duls professionals de FOL i EIE, que en la nova distribuci\u00f3 de la nova FP passen a ser IPO1 i IPO2 (Itinerari Personal per a Ocupabilitat). Aquests nous m\u00f2duls, segons el Reial Decret 659\/2023 de 22 de Juliol, que desplega la nova llei, ser\u00e0 convalidable amb la FOL i EIE provinent de cicles LOE, publicat en el BOE del seg\u00fcent enlla\u00e7: <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><u><a href=\"https:\/\/www.boe.es\/eli\/es\/rd\/2023\/07\/18\/659\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">https:\/\/www.boe.es\/eli\/es\/rd\/2023\/07\/18\/659<\/span><\/span><\/a><\/u><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Terminis:<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #444444;\">\u200b<span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\">Es pot fer durant el curs, tanmateix, <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><b>RECOMANEM<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"> fer la sol\u00b7licitud <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><u><b>abans del 20 de Novembre<\/b><\/u><\/span><b> <\/b><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\">per tal que les convalidacions, si s\u2019accepten, quedin recollides en la 1a avaluaci\u00f3.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #444444;\"> <span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\">Les peticions que es facin a les acaballes del curs no arribaran a temps de resoldre\u2019s i no es convalidaran en les avaluacions finals del present curs.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Caldr\u00e0 presentar la sol\u00b7licitud a la secretaria del centre. Consulteu horari de la <a href=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ieslluchirafecas\/secretaria-2\/atencio-al-public\/\">secretaria a la web<\/a>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Us podeu descarregar el document en el seg\u00fcent enlla\u00e7:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/18LMZQgOUfrrhlc9fL9UubcSo-IWwHeYB\/view?usp=drive_link\">https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/18LMZQgOUfrrhlc9fL9UubcSo-IWwHeYB\/view?usp=drive_link<\/a><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Documentaci\u00f3:<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Per tal de realitzar el proc\u00e9s de convalidacions ser\u00e0 necessari aportar la seg\u00fcent documentaci\u00f3-FOTOC\u00d2PIES: <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Document identificatiu (DNI, NIE, Passaport).<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Certificaci\u00f3 Acad\u00e8mica Personal (CAP) amb les qualificacions dels estudis cursats a convalidar.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Certificats de t\u00edtols oficials d\u2019idiomes. Ja siguin de Escola Oficial d\u2019Idiomes (EOI) o entitat reconeguda per la Generalitat de Catalunya.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Certificat d\u2019homologaci\u00f3 d\u2019estudis a l\u2019estranger.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Certificat de programes \u201cQualifica\u2019t\u201d o \u201cReconeixement\u201d si s\u2019accedeix per aquesta via.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Certificar de professionalitat \u201cCP\u201d on consti les unitats de compet\u00e8ncies acreditades, si s\u2019accedeix per aquesta via.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Aspectes generals de les convalidacions:<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Hi ha convalidacions que el centre no pot resoldre directament, i per aix\u00f2 les haur\u00e0 d\u2019adre\u00e7ar a la Direcci\u00f3 General de FP perqu\u00e8 sigui qui resolgui la convalidaci\u00f3.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"western\" align=\"center\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Noto Sans, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">IMPORTANT: L\u2019alumne ha d\u2019assistir a classe de tots els cr\u00e8dits, m\u00f2duls o mat\u00e8ries en qu\u00e8 est\u00e0 matriculat\/da mentre no tingui la resoluci\u00f3 positiva de les convalidacions sol\u00b7licitades.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a
