{"id":23338,"date":"2026-05-14T13:02:57","date_gmt":"2026-05-14T11:02:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesllica\/?p=23338"},"modified":"2026-05-14T13:02:57","modified_gmt":"2026-05-14T11:02:57","slug":"final-del-concurs-pfi-dhoteleria-i-turisme-de-barcelona","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesllica\/portada\/final-del-concurs-pfi-dhoteleria-i-turisme-de-barcelona\/","title":{"rendered":"Final del Concurs PFI d\u2019Hoteleria i Turisme de Barcelona"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Els alumnes del PFI de Cuina han participat en el Concurs PFI de Cuina, Pastisseria, Sala i Servei, que s&#8217;ha celebrat aquest 13 de maig a l\u2019Escola d\u2019Hoteleria i Turisme de Barcelona.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019alumnat s\u2019ha presentat en tres categories diferents i ha aconseguit un gran resultat: quatre alumnes han arribat a la final en les categories de Pastisseria i Sala i Servei.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>En la categoria de Pastisseria, han competit amb la proposta\u00a0Lemon Pie Deconstru\u00eft, una elaboraci\u00f3 creativa i t\u00e8cnica que posa en valor les seves habilitats culin\u00e0ries.<\/li>\n<li>Pel que fa a la categoria de Sala i Servei, han presentat el caf\u00e8 combinat\u00a0Ess\u00e8ncia Rosada\u00a0i un\u00a0brioix de botifarra esparracada amb bolets, una proposta original que combina tradici\u00f3 i innovaci\u00f3 gastron\u00f2mica.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Aquest dimecres s&#8217;ha\u00a0 disputat la final amb altres alumnes de PFI d\u2019arreu del territori.
