L’alumnat de 2n de Batxillerat a l’assignatura de Biologia hem realitzat diferents pr\u00e0ctiques de laboratori amb l’objectiu\u00a0 de familiaritzar-se amb el material m\u00e9s b\u00e0sic d\u2019un laboratori microbiol\u00f2gic i saber utilitzar-lo correctament.<\/div>\n

Hem realitzat\u00a0 \u00a0disseny d\u2019experiments microbiol\u00f2gics , el treball en condicions est\u00e8rils; han\u00a0 preparat un banc de dilucions , realitzat\u00a0 les sembres (homog\u00e8nia, en estria i escocesa) i finalment els<\/div>\n
recomptes d\u2019unitats formadores de col\u00f2nies (UFC) en plaques de Petri i un antibiograma.<\/div>\n

Ha sigut un bon treball i hem apr\u00e8s molt.<\/div>\n
