El repartiment de responsabilitats es fa atenent a la<br \/>\nidone\u00eftat deIs diferents professionals i no a les diverses situacions administratives que<br \/>\naquests poden presentar.<br \/>\nEl funcionament del Centre s\u2019ha dissenyat en base a dos principis b\u00e0sics: assegurar la<br \/>\nparticipaci\u00f3 democr\u00e0tica de tots els estaments del Centre i garantir l\u2019efic\u00e0cia i agilitat en la presa de decisions. Per tant, el disseny de les tasques concretes de cada responsabilitat de l&#8217;organigrama es regeix per la capacitat de decisi\u00f3 i la necessitat de justificaci\u00f3, si cal, en les decisions preses.<br \/>\nCada gra\u00f3 de l&#8217;organigrama pret\u00e9n aconseguir un equilibri entre la seva autonomia<br \/>\nd&#8217;actuaci\u00f3 i la coordinaci\u00f3 que la seva tasca ha de presentar amb els altres nivells de<br \/>\nl&#8217;organigrama.<br \/>\nEs fa especial atenci\u00f3 en el funcionament deIs nivells de l&#8217;organigrama en els quals hi ha participaci\u00f3 d&#8217;alumnes ja que aquest \u00e9s un instrument amb un car\u00e0cter formatiu important.<br \/>\nTot l&#8217;organigrama del Centre est\u00e0 dissenyat en base a tres blocs d&#8217;activitat: activitats<br \/>\nacad\u00e8miques (coordinadora pedag\u00f2gica), activitats extra-acad\u00e8miques i ordre intern (cap d&#8217;estudis), i activitats administratives (secret\u00e0ria).<br \/>\nPel que fa a les activitats acad\u00e8miques es prioritza el refor\u00e7 de l\u2019equip docent en el qual es basa una part important de la nostra tasca acad\u00e8mica, especialment a la Secundaria<br \/>\nObligat\u00f2ria, i, per altra banda, el departament, atenent que \u00e9s una font de recursos pel al treball del professor\/a en l&#8217;equip docent.<br \/>\nCada principi de curs el claustre elabora el pla anual com concreci\u00f3 del projecte. Aquest<br \/>\npla anual inclou l&#8217;horari, l&#8217;organigrama amb noms i el reglament d&#8217;ordre intern amb les<br \/>\nmodificacions que es cregui oport\u00fa plantejar. L\u2019aprovaci\u00f3 d&#8217;aquests documents \u00e9s<br \/>\ncompet\u00e8ncia del Consell d&#8217;Escolar. Pr\u00f2piament tamb\u00e9 inclou el pressupost anual encara que la no coincid\u00e8ncia en el temps entre el curs acad\u00e8mic i el curs econ\u00f2mic fa<br \/>\nnecessari elaborar el pressupost a principis de l&#8217;any natural. L &#8216;elaboraci\u00f3 del pressupost \u00e9s tasca de la Secret\u00e0ria, assessorada per la comissi\u00f3 econ\u00f2mica.<\/p>\n<p><strong>8.2.
