{"id":392,"date":"2017-01-19T13:40:32","date_gmt":"2017-01-19T12:40:32","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ieslesmarines\/?page_id=392"},"modified":"2018-07-09T11:48:55","modified_gmt":"2018-07-09T09:48:55","slug":"tutoria-master-professorat-de-secundaria","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ieslesmarines\/tutoria-master-professorat-de-secundaria\/","title":{"rendered":"Tutoria M\u00e0ster Professorat de Secund\u00e0ria"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Definici\u00f3 i objectius<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El Departament d&#8217;Ensenyament considera fonamental que els futurs mestres i professors facin les pr\u00e0ctiques en centres educatius sostinguts amb fons p\u00fablics, per tal que puguin assolir les compet\u00e8ncies necess\u00e0ries per exercir una doc\u00e8ncia de qualitat.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;organitzaci\u00f3 de les pr\u00e0ctiques en centres formadors ha de permetre la simultane\u00eftat entre la teoria i la pr\u00e0ctica, i ha de facilitar l&#8217;acompanyament professional des de la universitat i des del centre educatiu.<\/p>\n<p>Aquestes pr\u00e0ctiques es realitzen en el marc de convenis de col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 entre el Departament d&#8217;Ensenyament i les universitats per una durada de quatre anys amb possibilitat de renovaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Per aquest motiu, el Departament selecciona i acredita centres educatius com a centres formadors d&#8217;estudiants en pr\u00e0ctiques.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019Institut Les Marines ha actuat com a com a centre formador en diferents etapes al llarg dels seus 30 anys d\u2019hist\u00f2ria.<\/p>\n<p>En l\u2019actualitat, el nostre Institut \u00e9s centre formador autoritzat pel departament d\u2019Ensenyament i acull futurs professors de diferents especialitats.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Funcionament de les pr\u00e0ctiques al nostre centre<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Acollida de l\u2019estudiant al centre educatiu:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Reuni\u00f3 de presentaci\u00f3 del centre amb l\u2019alumnat que realitza el pr\u00e0cticum: dirigeix la reuni\u00f3 la coordinadora pedag\u00f2gica del centre i coordinadora del pr\u00e0cticum.<\/li>\n<li>Presentaci\u00f3 del professor\/a del centre que exercir\u00e0 de tutor de les pr\u00e0ctiques de l\u2019alumne.<\/li>\n<li>Visita i presentaci\u00f3 dels espais del centre.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li>Acc\u00e9s als documents organitzatius i pedag\u00f2gics:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Presentaci\u00f3 del projecte educatiu i de l\u2019organitzaci\u00f3 i funcionament del centre:<\/li>\n<li>Documents que defineixen i organitzen el centre: PEC i NOFC.<\/li>\n<li>Trasp\u00e0s de la documentaci\u00f3 pr\u00f2pia del centre:\n<ul>\n<li>MA del curs anterior i PGA del curs vigent.<\/li>\n<li>Protocols d\u2019actuaci\u00f3 i ordenaci\u00f3 de la tasca dels departaments did\u00e0ctics i dels caps de departament.<\/li>\n<li>Document que regula el funcionament dels Equips docents.<\/li>\n<li>Document que regula el funcionament de la Comissi\u00f3 de Conviv\u00e8ncia.<\/li>\n<li>Presentaci\u00f3 de les normes de funcionament del professorat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Presentaci\u00f3 per part del tutor de pr\u00e0ctiques de les programacions did\u00e0ctiques del departament.<\/li>\n<li>Presentaci\u00f3 de la proposta did\u00e0ctica i les tasques a portar a terme per l\u2019alumne a les aules.<\/li>\n<li>Consens d\u2019un horari d\u2019assist\u00e8ncia de l\u2019alumne al centre.
