La carn crua dels taurons \u00e9s t\u00f2xica perqu\u00e8 t\u00e9 molt \u00e0cid \u00faric. Per menjar-la ha de passar per un llarg proc\u00e9s d&#8217;elaboraci\u00f3. Quan est\u00e0 curada produeix una forta olor molt semblant a l&#8217;amon\u00edac.<\/p>\n<p>2:<b><u>Sannakji (Corea<\/u><\/b><b><u>)<\/u><\/b><\/p>\n<p>\u00c9s un plat de pop menut viu que es talla en trossos petits i es serveix immediatament, condimentat amb s\u00e8sam. Els trossos del pop solen continuar retor\u00e7ant-se al plat<\/p>\n<p><u>3:<\/u><u><\/u><strong><u>Ostres de les muntanyes rocoses (Canad\u00e0 i EUA):<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Se li d\u00f3na aquest nom m\u00e9s elegant per no dir testicles de b\u00fafal. S\u00f3n molt conegudes en algunes parts dels EUA, on el bestiar \u00e9s predominant. Els testicles s\u00f3n pelats, bullits, marinats i fregits i despr\u00e8s servits amb salsa de c\u00f2ctel.<\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\"><u>4 Casu marzu (It\u00e0lia):<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c9s un formatge t\u00edpic de l\u2019illa italiana de Sardenya, conegut per estar infectat de larves vives de mosques. <strong><em>Casu marzu<\/em> <\/strong>significa &lt;&lt;formatge podrit&gt;&gt;. Est\u00e0 fet de llet de ovella, no est\u00e0 pasteuritzat i t\u00e9 una textura suau.
