{"id":1052,"date":"2017-06-22T18:39:02","date_gmt":"2017-06-22T16:39:02","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ieslaroca\/?p=1052"},"modified":"2017-06-22T18:39:43","modified_gmt":"2017-06-22T16:39:43","slug":"projecte-pedagogic-mirada-de-lalumnat-en-el-dia-a-dia-a-laula","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ieslaroca\/general\/projecte-pedagogic-mirada-de-lalumnat-en-el-dia-a-dia-a-laula\/","title":{"rendered":"Projecte pedag\u00f2gic &#8220;Mirada de l&#8217;alumnat en el dia a dia a l&#8217;aula&#8221;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Un grup d&#8217;alumnes de 1r i 3r d&#8217;ESO ha col\u00b7laborat, i aquest ja \u00e9s el segon curs, en el Projecte pedag\u00f2gic: MIRADA DE L\u2019ALUMNE.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ieslaroca\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu101\/2017\/06\/mirades-2.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1053\" src=\"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ieslaroca\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu101\/2017\/06\/mirades-2.png\" alt=\"mirades 2\" width=\"750\" height=\"716\" srcset=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ieslaroca\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu101\/2017\/06\/mirades-2.png 750w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ieslaroca\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu101\/2017\/06\/mirades-2-300x286.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 750px) 100vw, 750px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Alumnat col\u00b7laborador de 1r d&#8217;ESO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ieslaroca\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu101\/2017\/06\/mirades.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-1054\" src=\"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ieslaroca\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu101\/2017\/06\/mirades-1024x651.png\" alt=\"mirades\" width=\"1024\" height=\"651\" srcset=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ieslaroca\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu101\/2017\/06\/mirades-1024x651.png 1024w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ieslaroca\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu101\/2017\/06\/mirades-300x191.png 300w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ieslaroca\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu101\/2017\/06\/mirades-768x488.png 768w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ieslaroca\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu101\/2017\/06\/mirades.png 1034w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Alumnat col\u00b7laborador de 3r d&#8217;ESO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Aquest projecte neix del Seminari de Coordinadors Pedag\u00f2gics de Secund\u00e0ria del Pla de Formaci\u00f3 de zona del CRP del Vall\u00e8s Oriental I, amb el suport i assessorament del Grup de Recerca educativa de la Facultat d&#8217;Educaci\u00f3, Traducci\u00f3 i Ci\u00e8ncies Humanes de la Universitat, proposta que neix del Seminari de Coordinadors Pedag\u00f2gics de Secund\u00e0ria dins del Pla de Formaci\u00f3 de Zona del CRP del Vall\u00e8s Oriental I, amb el suport i l&#8217;assessorament del Grup de Recerca Educativa de la Facultat d&#8217;Educaci\u00f3, Traducci\u00f3 i Ci\u00e8ncies Humanes de la Universitat.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mirada de l&#8217;alumne<\/strong> pret\u00e9n fer, a partir de la mirada i sentir de l\u2019alumne, una an\u00e0lisi inicial sobre les pr\u00e0ctiques did\u00e0ctiques, les condicions d&#8217;aprenentatge i l&#8217;organitzaci\u00f3 de les aules de l&#8217;ensenyament secundari obligatori (ESO) que faciliti el punt de partida de la reflexi\u00f3 educativa i la construcci\u00f3 de propostes en els centres,alhora que permeti el treball en la xarxa intercentres.<br \/>\nEls objectius que es proposen s\u00f3n els seg\u00fcents:<br \/>\n\u2022 Descriure la realitat habitual de les aules dels nostres centres<br \/>\n\u2022 Obtenir una fotografia, el m\u00e9s objectiva possible, del treball a les aules tal i com ho percep l\u2019alumnat \u2013a partir de la seva mirada i sentir-<br \/>\n\u2022 Dotar d\u2019informaci\u00f3 els equips directius dels centres per poder establir plans de millora de la tasca educativa dels centres<br \/>\n\u2022 Establir un debat en els centres i en la zona educativa que esdevingui una pr\u00e0ctica reflexiva encarada a la revisi\u00f3 i millora dels nostres centre<\/p>\n<p>Es tracta d&#8217;una recollida aleat\u00f2ria d&#8217;informaci\u00f3 que no altera el desenvolupament normal de les activitats de l&#8217;aula i per a la qual es necessita la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 puntual de dos alumnes per aula en els cursos de 1r i 3r d&#8217;ESO. De forma aleat\u00f2ria els alumnes col\u00b7laboradors recullen les activitats que es duen a terme en uns moments determinats a l&#8217;aula, l&#8217;organitzaci\u00f3 d&#8217;aquestes i el clima de treball que s&#8217;hi viu en el moment. Aix\u00f2 suposa que l&#8217;alumnat col\u00b7laborador disposen de perm\u00eds per tenir algun dispositiu amb acc\u00e9s a la xarxa i poder respondre el formulari dissenyat per a la recollida de dades. Aquesta tasca els ocupa, poc m\u00e9s, d&#8217;un minut de temps.d<\/p>\n<p>Ara, amb aquestes dades recollides, toca fer una an\u00e0lisi i reflexi\u00f3\u00a0 i, si s\u2019escau, propostes de
