Per fe-ho\u00a0 hem treballat amb el reactiu de Fehling, conegut com Licor de Fehling: \u00e9s una dissoluci\u00f3 descoberta pel qu\u00edmic alemany Hermann Von Fehling i que s&#8217;utilitza com a reactiu per a la determinaci\u00f3 de sucres reductors.
