Durant l’estiu, comen\u00e7aran les obres de millora de la transmit\u00e0ncia de l’envolupament de l’edifici mitjan\u00e7ant la substituci\u00f3 de finestres a l\u2019Institut La Mallola d\u2019Esplugues de Llobregat.<\/span><\/p>\n

Es preveu que finalitzin abans que acabi l’any 2023.<\/span><\/p>\n

Les obres consisteixen en la substituci\u00f3 de les finestres existents, de les persianes i del tancament de fa\u00e7ana lleuger mitjan\u00e7ant panells sandvitx.<\/span><\/p>\n

Aquestes obres estan incloses al Pla Director d\u2019infraestructures Educatives, que cont\u00e9 la planificaci\u00f3 de les actuacions de construcci\u00f3 de nous centres i ampliacions per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 les obres de rehabilitaci\u00f3, adequaci\u00f3 i millora. Concretament les obres d\u2019aquest centre persegueixen millorar l\u2019efici\u00e8ncia energ\u00e8tica i augmentar la confortabilitat de les instal\u00b7lacions.<\/span><\/p>\n

Aquestes obres s\u00f3n finan\u00e7ades per la Uni\u00f3 Europea mitjan\u00e7ant el fons REACT\u2013UE com a part de de la resposta de la Uni\u00f3 a la pand\u00e8mia de COVID-19, dins de l\u2019objectiu espec\u00edfic donar resposta a les necessitats d\u2019escolaritzaci\u00f3 dels ensenyaments obligatoris o universals en el marc del dret a l\u2019educaci\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n
