part.<\/p>\n<p>Altres centres han aportat a aquest esdeveniment les seves experi\u00e8ncies derivades de les activitats palanca que ofereix el pla. Entre altres, hem vist: com promoure i obrir la biblioteca a la comunitat educativa, com incentivar la formaci\u00f3 per a fam\u00edlies, o com implicar la comunitat en l&#8217;enfocament global restauratiu gr\u00e0cies a cercles de di\u00e0leg i formacions en comunicaci\u00f3 no violenta per a totes i tots.<\/p>\n<p>Per finalitzar, hem escoltat la pon\u00e8ncia del Doctor Jordi Long\u00e1s Mayayo sobre \u00e8xit educatiu en contextos de vulnerabilitat social. Per a ell la clau en l&#8217;\u00e8xit es basa en dos pilars fonamentals: l&#8217;empoderament i el benestar, els quals s\u00f3n fruit d&#8217;aplicar la seg\u00fcent f\u00f3rmula: (Capital cultural +
