El treball, titulat<em><strong> La p\u00f2lio, els nens del silenci<\/strong><\/em>, versa sobre la poliomelitis i com el franquisme va silenciar aquesta malaltia.<br \/>\nAquest consta de dues parts: la primera analitza la malaltia fent un esment especial a les seq\u00fceles de la s\u00edndrome postp\u00f2lio i la segona denuncia l\u2019actitud de l\u2019administraci\u00f3 franquista davant d\u2019un brot epid\u00e8mic que es produ\u00ed durant la postguerra.<br \/>\nPer altra banda, a la revista El Far de l\u2019Empord\u00e0 (Revista n\u00fam. 08 \u2013Maig 2016) han publicat un article dedicat a la p\u00f2lio on citen l\u2019\u00c0ngela Llop.
