{"id":5963,"date":"2022-06-28T09:41:35","date_gmt":"2022-06-28T07:41:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesjulioantonio\/?page_id=5963"},"modified":"2026-02-06T08:30:00","modified_gmt":"2026-02-06T07:30:00","slug":"programes-dinnovacio","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesjulioantonio\/projectes\/programes-dinnovacio\/","title":{"rendered":"Centre Formador MUFPS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>CENTRE FORMADOR DEL M\u00c0STER UNIVERSITARI DE FORMACI\u00d3 DEL PROFESSORAT DE SECUND\u00c0RIA (MUFPS)<\/strong><br \/>\nL\u2019Institut Julio Antonio participa activament com a centre formador de l\u2019alumnat de pr\u00e0ctiques del M\u00e0ster Universitari de Formaci\u00f3 del Professorat d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 Secund\u00e0ria Obligat\u00f2ria i Batxillerat, Formaci\u00f3 Professional i Ensenyament d\u2019Idiomes (MUFPS), amb la finalitat de contribuir a la millora i al progr\u00e9s del model de pr\u00e0ctiques de l\u2019alumnat universitari en centres formadors de refer\u00e8ncia.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesjulioantonio\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu942\/2024\/05\/20240515_LOGO-centres-formadors.png\" width=\"290\" height=\"301\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>JUSTIFICACI\u00d3 DEL PROGRAMA<\/strong><br \/>\nL\u2019Institut Julio Antonio \u00e9s un centre p\u00fablic d\u2019educaci\u00f3 secund\u00e0ria on s\u2019imparteixen estudis d\u2019ESO, Batxillerat i Formaci\u00f3 Professional, i que pertany al Departament d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 de la Generalitat de Catalunya. Dona servei a la comarca de la Ribera d\u2019Ebre i a un \u00e0mbit m\u00e9s ampli pel que fa a l\u2019oferta de Formaci\u00f3 Professional.<br \/>\nUn dels objectius del centre, tal com queda recollit en el PEC, \u00e9s treballar en projectes educatius innovadors i compartits, i, concretament, consolidar-se com a centre formador. En aquest sentit, acollim alumnat universitari en pr\u00e0ctiques i apostem per la formaci\u00f3 i l\u2019orientaci\u00f3 tant del professorat com de l\u2019alumnat, potenciant el concepte de centre formador com un espai d\u2019aprenentatge on les persones en pr\u00e0ctiques poden observar i desenvolupar totes les dimensions que comporta la tasca educativa.<\/p>\n<p><strong>OBJECTIUS DEL PROGRAMA<\/strong><br \/>\n\u25cf Impulsar projectes educatius innovadors i compartits.<br \/>\n\u25cf Consolidar-se com a centre formador acollint alumnat universitari en pr\u00e0ctiques.<br \/>\n\u25cf Refor\u00e7ar la professionalitzaci\u00f3 docent i de la mentoria en col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 amb la universitat.<br \/>\n\u25cf Potenciar el rol formador de l\u2019equip docent amb el suport de la persona mentora.<br \/>\n\u25cf Afavorir la formaci\u00f3 i implicaci\u00f3 de l\u2019estudiant en pr\u00e0ctiques en el treball col\u00b7laboratiu del centre i en la seva vinculaci\u00f3 amb l\u2019entorn.<\/p>\n<p><strong>OBJECTIUS DEL CENTRE<\/strong><br \/>\nL\u2019institut Julio Antonio pret\u00e9n perseguir els objectius seg\u00fcents:<br \/>\n\u25cf Treballar en projectes educatius innovadors i compartits, transferint el model d\u2018acompanyament competencial professionalitzador a l&#8217;equip docent i podent seguir actuant com a centre formador de refer\u00e8ncia.<br \/>\n\u25cf Construir i implementar una l\u00ednia pedag\u00f2gica constructiva al voltant de l&#8217;acompanyament dels estudiants universitaris de pr\u00e0ctiques.<br \/>\n\u25cf Fomentar espais de reflexi\u00f3 i debat pedag\u00f2gic en el centre per construir aptituds, actituds i coneixement col\u00b7laboratiu sobre el desenvolupament professional de la tasca docent.<br \/>\n\u25cf Dissenyar i implementar el Pla d\u2019acci\u00f3 de Centre Formador tenint en compte la realitat de l\u2019INS. Julio Antonio.<\/p>\n<p><strong>PLA D\u2019ACOLLIDA DEL PROGRAMA<\/strong><br \/>\nLa coordinadora del pr\u00e0cticum \u00e9s l\u2019encarregada de posar en contacte l\u2019alumnat interessat amb la persona mentora del centre, qui es coordinar\u00e0 amb la tutoria de pr\u00e0ctiques universit\u00e0ries per garantir el seguiment i l\u2019avaluaci\u00f3 del proc\u00e9s.<br \/>\n<strong>La trobada inicial entre l\u2019alumnat i la persona mentora:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u25cf Es podr\u00e0 realitzar de manera presencial o telem\u00e0tica.<br \/>\n\u25cf Servir\u00e0 per acordar el dia d\u2019inici de les pr\u00e0ctiques.<br \/>\n<strong>El primer dia d\u2019incorporaci\u00f3 al centre:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u25cf El director, la coordinadora del pr\u00e0cticum i la persona mentora donaran la benvinguda a l\u2019alumnat en pr\u00e0ctiques.<br \/>\n\u25cf Es presentar\u00e0 a l\u2019equip directiu, a la coordinadora del pr\u00e0cticum, al tutor o tutora, al cap de departament i al personal d\u2019administraci\u00f3 i serveis (PAS).<br \/>\n\u25cf Es definiran els trets identitaris del centre i s\u2019explicar\u00e0 el pla d\u2019acci\u00f3 del MUFPS.<br \/>\n\u25cf Es facilitar\u00e0 la documentaci\u00f3 pr\u00f2pia del centre.<br \/>\n<strong>Per part de la persona mentora del pr\u00e0cticum:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u25cf Es proporcionar\u00e0 tota la informaci\u00f3 necess\u00e0ria sobre la gesti\u00f3 i el funcionament del centre.<br \/>\n\u25cf Es realitzar\u00e0 una visita guiada per les instal\u00b7lacions.<br \/>\n\u25cf Es presentaran els membres del departament i l\u2019equip docent.<br \/>\n\u25cf Es far\u00e0 la presentaci\u00f3 de l\u2019alumnat en pr\u00e0ctiques davant del grup classe.<br \/>\n\u25cf Es lliurar\u00e0 l\u2019enquesta de satisfacci\u00f3, que s\u2019haur\u00e0 de retornar a la direcci\u00f3 en finalitzar l\u2019estada.<\/p>\n<p><strong>EQUIP IMPULSOR<\/strong><br \/>\na) Teresa F.
