Voleu provar de fer-ne a casa? Aqu\u00ed en teniu la recepta. \u00c9s molt m\u00e9s f\u00e0cil del que us penseu!<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>INGREDIENTS<\/em><\/strong> (per a 35 panellets):<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 500 g de moniato rostit<br \/>\n\u2022 500 g d&#8217;ametlla m\u00f2lta<br \/>\n\u2022 250 g de sucre<br \/>\n\u2022 1 ratlladura de llimona<br \/>\n\u2022 2 rovells d&#8217;ou<br \/>\n\u2022 1 ou batut per pintar<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>INGREDIENTS OPCIONALS<\/em> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Pinyons<br \/>\n\u2022 Coco ratllat<br \/>\n\u2022 Cirera farcida<br \/>\n\u2022 Ametlles<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>INSTRUCCIONS:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Poseu en un bol el moniato rostit, el sucre, l&#8217;ametlla en pols, la ratlladura de llimona i el rovell. Barregeu-ho amb les mans o amb una cullera de fusta fins que estigui tot integrat. Quan tingueu una massa llisa, la tapem amb fil i deixem que reposi durant un parell d&#8217;hores.<\/li>\n<li>Un cop passada aquesta estona, encenem el forn i deixem escalfar-se fins que arribi a 180\u00ba<\/li>\n<li>Batem l&#8217;ou i preparem en bols les cobertures que vulguem: pinyons, coco, ametlla, sucre de colors&#8230; Amb la massa de panellets fem boletes d&#8217;uns 3cm de di\u00e0metre, les passem pels pinyons o la cobertura que h\u00e0gim triat i la col\u00b7loquem en una safata.<\/li>\n<li>Pintem els panellets amb ajuda d&#8217;un pinzell mullat en l&#8217;ou batut.<\/li>\n<li>Els posem al forn durant uns 20 minuts o fins que estiguin daurats.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Atenci\u00f3: Si els pinyons i les ametlles no se&#8217;ns enganxen quan provem d&#8217;arrebossar-los, podem recobrir cada boleta d&#8217;una capa fins d&#8217;ou, que far\u00e0 que s&#8217;hi adhereixen.
