{"id":3479,"date":"2018-12-08T18:37:59","date_gmt":"2018-12-08T17:37:59","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesjoaquimmir\/?p=3479"},"modified":"2018-12-09T19:57:42","modified_gmt":"2018-12-09T18:57:42","slug":"olorant-la-quimica","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesjoaquimmir\/general\/olorant-la-quimica\/","title":{"rendered":"Olorant la qu\u00edmica!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Fa pocs dies, els alumnes de Qu\u00edmica de 1r de Batxillerat vam tenir l&#8217;oportunitat d&#8217;assistir, aqu\u00ed a la nostra aula, a la confer\u00e8ncia titulada &#8220;Sabors, aromes i perfums&#8221; impartida pel professor Joan Carles Ronda, de la Facultat de Qu\u00edmica de la Universitat Rovira i Virgili.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Va ser una xerrada ben interessant i plena de curiositats, que ens va agradar molt.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">D\u2019entre aquestes curiositats, podem comentar per exemple que calen 7 milions de p\u00e8tals de gessam\u00ed per a extreure 1 kg d&#8217;oli essencial, valorat en 4.100\u20ac; o tamb\u00e9, que amb l\u2019estudi de les feromones de determinats insectes es pot minimitzar l&#8217;\u00fas de pesticides per a prevenir alguns tipus de plagues; o b\u00e9 que avui dia la ci\u00e8ncia \u00e9s capa\u00e7 de reproduir mol\u00e8cules id\u00e8ntiques a les causants de diferents olors, per\u00f2 que de moment, per sort, no s&#8217;ha pogut\u00a0 sintetitzar cap perfum amb feromones humanes que ens faci qu\u00edmicament irresistibles.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En acabat, vam poder olorar unes mostres per tal d&#8217;identificar algunes de les frag\u00e0ncies que habitualment ens envolten en la nostra vida quotidiana.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tamb\u00e9 fa uns dies vam tornar a Cosmocaixa a visitar els nostres amics Albert Einstein, Marie Curie i Charles Darwin\u00a0 i vam assistir al taller de reaccions qu\u00edmiques. Va ser un taller molt entretingut i divertit, en qu\u00e8 vam participar de forma molt activa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Esperem continuar gaudint de m\u00e9s activitats !<\/p>\n<p
