El mediador no jutja, no d\u00f3na consells ni pren decisions. No t\u00e9 poder. Els protagonistes del conflicte decideixen per ells mateixos la manera de restablir la bona conviv\u00e8ncia.<\/p>\n<p>Enfront dels conflictes, el Programa de Mediaci\u00f3 Escolar contribueix a la formaci\u00f3 integral de l\u2019alumnat perqu\u00e8 ens ensenya a actuar preventivament, a formar alumnes responsables i preparar persones compromeses i participatives. Fomenta l\u2019autoestima i afavoreix la conviv\u00e8ncia pac\u00edfica i el consens.
