ActivaFP \u00e9s un programa de la Direcci\u00f3 General de Formaci\u00f3 Professional i Ensenyaments de R\u00e8gim Especial la finalitat del qual \u00e9s acompanyar i donar suport als centres en la implantaci\u00f3 de metodologies col\u00b7laboratives d&#8217;aprenentatge competencial basat en reptes i projectes per tal d&#8217;afavorir l&#8217;adquisici\u00f3 de les compet\u00e8ncies professionals, personals i socials i les compet\u00e8ncies transversals i augmentar l&#8217;\u00e8xit acad\u00e8mic de l&#8217;alumnat dels ensenyaments professionals. El Programa \u201cActivaFP&#8221; s&#8217;emmarca en l&#8217;\u00e0mbit dels Programes d&#8217;innovaci\u00f3 de les metodologies i els recursos per millorar els resultats d&#8217;aprenentatge.<\/p>\n<p>Les finalitats del programa, d&#8217;acord amb cadascun dels grups d&#8217;inter\u00e8s que hi participen, s\u00f3n aquestes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>En relaci\u00f3 amb l&#8217;alumnat.<\/strong>\n<ol>\n<li>Oferir a l&#8217;alumnat models d&#8217;aprenentatge que li atorguin la responsabilitat de resoldre, de manera col\u00b7laborativa, reptes i projectes vinculats a situacions similars o iguals a les que es donen en l&#8217;\u00e0mbit professional del perfil del cicle.<\/li>\n<li>Resoldre reptes i projectes mitjan\u00e7ant la recerca i la producci\u00f3 del coneixement necessari; definir, organitzar i fer les actuacions necess\u00e0ries per assolir el resultat adequat. Validar-lo i extraure&#8217;n conclusions.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>En relaci\u00f3 a l&#8217;equip docent.<\/strong>\n<ol>\n<li>Assessorar i formar el professorat dels equips docents en l&#8217;elaboraci\u00f3 de les programacions que integrin resultats d&#8217;aprenentatge de diverses unitats formatives i\/o m\u00f2duls professionals. Aquestes programacions han de potenciar les compet\u00e8ncies transversals dels alumnes i l&#8217;adquisici\u00f3 de les compet\u00e8ncies professionals, personals i socials establertes en el perfil professional, mitjan\u00e7ant l&#8217;\u00fas de metodologies d&#8217;aprenentatge basades en reptes i projectes.<\/li>\n<li>Assessorar i formar el professorat per dissenyar, programar, organitzar i guiar activitats basades en reptes i projectes, vinculades a situacions professionals o laborals.<\/li>\n<li>Assessorar i formar el professorat per dissenyar estrat\u00e8gies i activitats d&#8217;avaluaci\u00f3 dels resultats d&#8217;aprenentatge, desenvolupats mitjan\u00e7ant reptes i projectes, dels m\u00f2duls professionals, les seves unitats formatives, i dels objectius generals del cicle.<\/li>\n<li>Assessorar i formar el professorat per definir i experimentar itineraris d&#8217;evoluci\u00f3 progressiva, mitjan\u00e7ant:\u00a0reptes plantejats per l&#8217;equip docent,\u00a0reptes plantejats per empreses,\u00a0transfer\u00e8ncia de coneixement per respondre a necessitats concretes fixades per les empreses que aporten solucions innovadores, i\u00a0reptes que promoguin la creaci\u00f3 d&#8217;empreses entre l&#8217;alumnat.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>En relaci\u00f3 amb els centres.<\/strong>\n<ol>\n<li>Assessorar i donar suport als centres en la planificaci\u00f3, l&#8217;organitzaci\u00f3, l&#8217;assignaci\u00f3 de recursos i la gesti\u00f3 dels cicles formatius per optimar la implantaci\u00f3 i el desplegament de metodologies d&#8217;aprenentatge competencial basades en reptes, projectes, objectius o situacions similars o properes a la realitat laboral.<\/li>\n<li>Assessorar en la recerca de projectes reals d&#8217;empreses i altres entitats i la relaci\u00f3 amb aquestes.<\/li>\n<li>Donar suport als centres per establir estrat\u00e8gies d&#8217;interrelaci\u00f3 i coordinaci\u00f3 entre els programes d&#8217;innovaci\u00f3 \u201cActivaFP&#8221;, \u201cInnovaFP&#8221; i Foment de l&#8217;emprenedoria.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>En relaci\u00f3 amb les empreses i altres institucions.<\/strong>\n<ol>\n<li>Generar models de cooperaci\u00f3 entre els centres i les empreses i institucions per aportar escenaris, instruments, recursos i exemples reals, a trav\u00e9s, entre d&#8217;altres, de la Formaci\u00f3 Pr\u00e0ctica en Centres de Treball i la formaci\u00f3 dual, que contribueixen al desplegament de les metodologies actives competencials i l&#8217;avaluaci\u00f3 dels aprenentatges.<\/li>\n<li>Desenvolupar models de participaci\u00f3 de les empreses i entitats en l&#8217;organitzaci\u00f3, el desplegament i l&#8217;avaluaci\u00f3 de les compet\u00e8ncies desenvolupades mitjan\u00e7ant aquest model d&#8217;aprenentatge.\u200b<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>ActivaFP \u00e9s un programa emmarcat dins <a href=\"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/impulsfp\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">IMPULSFP<\/a>, que \u00e9s la unitat d\u2019innovaci\u00f3 de la Subdirecci\u00f3 General de programes i projectes de la Formaci\u00f3 Professional, la qual cerca impulsar els estudis professionalitzadors a trav\u00e9s de sis programes que cerquen la innovaci\u00f3 en diferents \u00e0mbits: el canvi metodol\u00f2gic, la orientaci\u00f3, la transfer\u00e8ncia del coneixement dels centres a les empreses, l\u2019emprenedoria i la cerca de l\u2019excel\u00b7l\u00e8ncia en les compet\u00e8ncies professionals i les competicions.
