{"id":6780,"date":"2021-12-23T08:30:18","date_gmt":"2021-12-23T07:30:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesjoanbrudieu\/?p=6780"},"modified":"2022-12-17T11:36:59","modified_gmt":"2022-12-17T10:36:59","slug":"insercio-laboral-dels-ensenyaments-professionals-2021","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesjoanbrudieu\/general\/insercio-laboral-dels-ensenyaments-professionals-2021\/","title":{"rendered":"Inserci\u00f3 laboral dels ensenyaments professionals (2021)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El passat 21 de desembre de 2021, es van presentar els resultats de l\u2019<strong>Estudi sobre la inserci\u00f3 laboral dels graduats d\u2019ensenyaments professionals<\/strong> dels anys <a href=\"https:\/\/educacio.gencat.cat\/web\/.content\/home\/departament\/estadistiques\/insercio-laboral\/estadistica-insercio-laboral\/insercio-laboral-2020.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>2020<\/strong><\/a> i <a href=\"https:\/\/educacio.gencat.cat\/web\/.content\/home\/departament\/estadistiques\/insercio-laboral\/estadistica-insercio-laboral\/insercio-laboral-2021.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>2021<\/strong><\/a>, elaborat conjuntament pel Departament d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 i el Consell General de les Cambres de Comer\u00e7 de Catalunya, en qu\u00e8 s&#8217;evidencia que els ensenyaments professionals continuen sent una de les millors vies d\u2019inserci\u00f3 laboral, malgrat la pand\u00e8mia ocasionada per la Covid-19. L\u2019<strong>Estudi d\u2019Inserci\u00f3 Laboral dels Ensenyaments Professionals 2021<\/strong> arriba a la seva quinzena edici\u00f3 i \u00e9s un treball que analitza la situaci\u00f3 laboral i formativa de les persones graduades del curs 2019-2020 en ensenyaments professionals, enquestades entre sis i nou mesos despr\u00e9s d\u2019haver acabat els seus estudis. En la presentaci\u00f3 van intervenir el Director General de la Direcci\u00f3 General de Formaci\u00f3 Professional, el conseller d\u2019Educaci\u00f3, el conseller d\u2019Empresa i Treball i el president del Consell General de Cambres de Catalunya. En aquest estudi hi trobareu informaci\u00f3 sobre els graduats de formaci\u00f3 professional, ensenyaments d\u2019arts pl\u00e0stiques i disseny, ensenyaments esportius i programes de formaci\u00f3 i inserci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Malgrat la situaci\u00f3 de pand\u00e8mia que ha tingut una important afectaci\u00f3 en el nivell d\u2019ocupaci\u00f3 de la poblaci\u00f3 catalana, els graduats en ensenyaments professionals presenten unes xifres altes d\u2019inserci\u00f3 laboral. Es comencen a recuperar els nivells de prepand\u00e8mia pel que fa a la inserci\u00f3. Aix\u00ed, les persones graduades que treballen i els que estudien i treballen alhora s\u00f3n el 45,32% del total; els que opten per la continu\u00eftat formativa \u2013\u00e9s a dir, els que es continuen formant exclusivament i els que combinen estudis amb feina- s\u00f3n el 56,05%; mentre que els que busquen feina representen el 13,86%.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019estudi conclou que les persones graduades en aquests tipus d\u2019estudis presenten major ocupabilitat, si es considera les altes xifres d\u2019atur juvenil de Catalunya \u2013per la poblaci\u00f3 entre 16 i 24 anys-. Aix\u00ed, hi ha menys atur entre les persones graduades en FP -13,86%-, si es compara amb la mitjana d\u2019atur juvenil -33,40%- en la data d\u2019elaboraci\u00f3 de l\u2019estudi, que en aquest cas \u00e9s m\u00e9s del doble superior a l\u2019atur dels graduats.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesjoanbrudieu\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1248\/2021\/12\/Grafic_Insercio_laboral_2021.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-6781\" src=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesjoanbrudieu\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1248\/2021\/12\/Grafic_Insercio_laboral_2021.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"565\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesjoanbrudieu\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1248\/2021\/12\/Grafic_Insercio_laboral_2021.jpg 565w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesjoanbrudieu\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1248\/2021\/12\/Grafic_Insercio_laboral_2021-300x159.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 565px) 100vw, 565px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>La inserci\u00f3 laboral varia pel que fa al grau mitj\u00e0 (GM) i al grau superior (GS). Les persones graduades en GS presenten una inserci\u00f3 laboral m\u00e9s alta -56,40%- respecte el GM -33,72%-. Aix\u00f2 s\u2019explica perqu\u00e8 majorit\u00e0riament els graduats mitjans opten per continuar amb la seva formaci\u00f3, sobretot estudiant cicles de GS.<\/p>\n<p>Pel que fa a les persones graduades que busquen feina, les xifres s\u00f3n m\u00e9s semblants entre els graduats mitjans -11,83%- i els superiors -15,79%-. L\u2019atur \u00e9s lleugerament menor entre els graduats mitjans perqu\u00e8 la majoria opta per continuar estudiant.<\/p>\n<p>Pel que fa a l\u2019FP dual, aquesta continua tenint una inserci\u00f3 laboral superior a la inserci\u00f3 global dels ensenyaments professionals ordinaris. Aix\u00ed, un 64,54% dels graduats superiors i un 42,35% dels graduats mitjans treballen o compaginen estudis i feina. L\u2019FP dual, per tant, incrementa la inserci\u00f3 dels graduats.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019estudi del Departament d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 i el Consell General de Cambres de Catalunya analitza aspectes com el nivell d\u2019ingressos, el tipus de contracte, les fam\u00edlies professionals amb major i menor inserci\u00f3 o les principals vies d\u2019obtenci\u00f3 de feina de les persones graduats. L\u2019enquesta l\u2019han respost un total de 35.540 persones graduades el 2020 corresponents als seg\u00fcents ensenyaments: formaci\u00f3 professional inicial, arts pl\u00e0stiques i disseny, ensenyaments esportius, i programes de formaci\u00f3 i inserci\u00f3 (PFI).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><object style=\"width: 800px; height: 600px;\"
