{"id":5715,"date":"2020-11-02T17:34:29","date_gmt":"2020-11-02T16:34:29","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesjoanbrudieu\/?p=5715"},"modified":"2020-11-02T17:34:55","modified_gmt":"2020-11-02T16:34:55","slug":"el-brudieu-contra-el-ciberassetjament","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesjoanbrudieu\/general\/el-brudieu-contra-el-ciberassetjament\/","title":{"rendered":"El Brudieu contra el ciberassetjament"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"parent-fieldname-text\" class=\"plain\">\n<p>El Pla comarcal contra l\u2019assetjament en edat escolar de l\u2019Alt Urgell fa arribar de manera virtual a les fam\u00edlies alturgellenques un seguit de recursos per prevenir el ciberassetjament o <em>ciberbullying<\/em> durant el confinament, tenint en compte que la situaci\u00f3 excepcional a causa de la pand\u00e8mia de la COVID-19 fa m\u00e9s necessari que mai l\u2019acc\u00e9s a les tecnologies i els dispositius m\u00f2bils.<\/p>\n<p>El <a href=\"http:\/\/institutjoanbrudieu.cat\/public\/web_centre\/html\/documents\/institut\/curs\/200504_Fulleto_assetjament.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">fullet\u00f3 informatiu<\/a> ofereix la presentaci\u00f3 del pla i una infografia. El document est\u00e0 disponible als webs i xarxes socials institucionals de la Seu i comarca i tamb\u00e9 a les p\u00e0gines web dels centres educatius.<\/p>\n<p>En la infografia s\u2019exposen de manera clara i entenedora diferents consells per evitar el ciberassetjament. Aix\u00ed, s&#8217;aconsella a les fam\u00edlies acompanyar els nens i nenes en les tasques escolars amb les noves tecnologies, seguir les recomanacions d\u2019edat dels experts i supervisar els espais on en fan \u00fas, entre d\u2019altres. Entre les coses que no s\u2019han de permetre hi ha la difusi\u00f3 de rumors falsos, amenaces o insults.<\/p>\n<p>Les recomanacions tamb\u00e9 inclouen q\u00fcestions sobre intimitat i dades per evitar riscos; orientacions sobre bons usos, tant si es fan servir les noves tecnologies com a eina escolar com per comunicar-se entre amics i amigues; l\u00edmits per regular l\u2019\u00fas dels dispositius electr\u00f2nics i m\u00f2bils; i suport i acompanyament, apel\u00b7lant la confian\u00e7a i promovent el fet de fer saber de possibles casos de ciberassetjament.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ciberassetjament o ciberbullying<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Precisament, un dels \u00e0mbits que es treballa des del Pla comarcal contra l\u2019assetjament en edat escolar a l\u2019Alt Urgell \u00e9s el <em>ciberbullying<\/em>, una forma d\u2019assetjament il\u00b7limitada en el temps i l\u2019espai, que juga molts cops amb l\u2019anonimat i en la que l\u2019agressor no calcula l\u2019abast del mal i del que est\u00e0 fent, &#8220;fet que el fa molt perill\u00f3s i nociu per a les v\u00edctimes en relaci\u00f3 amb l&#8217;impacte psicol\u00f2gic i personal&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>El Departament d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 de la Generalitat de Catalunya insta a estar alerta respecte a l\u2019\u00fas de les tecnologies i dels possibles casos de ciberassetjament. La necessitat que tenim aquests dies de les tecnologies per comunicar-nos, treballar, fer la feina escolar o jugar pot fer augmentar aquesta mala forma de relacionar-nos entre nosaltres, i en especial, entre els menors.<\/p>\n<p>Des del Pla estrat\u00e8gic en contra de l\u2019assetjament en edat escolar de l\u2019Alt Urgell es proposa a les fam\u00edlies que ajudin a difondre la import\u00e0ncia d\u2019unes relacions sanes, tant presencialment com virtualment, a trav\u00e9s de les seves xarxes amb petits textos o frases de conscienciaci\u00f3 social amb el hastag #StopViol\u00e8nciaViral, que va promoure Save The Children, i #ProuViol\u00e8nciaEscolar.<\/p>\n<p>Altres recursos<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Internet Segura (<a class=\"external-link\" title=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/internetsegura.cat\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">https:\/\/internetsegura.cat\/<\/a>),<\/li>\n<li>Common Sense Media (<a class=\"external-link\" title=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/www.commonsensemedia.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">https:\/\/www.commonsensemedia.org\/<\/a>)<\/li>\n<li>Adolescents.Cat (<a class=\"external-link\" title=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/adolescents.naciodigital.cat\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">https:\/\/adolescents.naciodigital.cat\/<\/a>).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A m\u00e9s a m\u00e9s, el Pla promour\u00e0 des dels centres educatius i altres serveis relacionats a inf\u00e0ncia i adolesc\u00e8ncia algunes accions preventives i de conscienciaci\u00f3 respecte al tema, que es treballaran conjuntament. Es preveu el visionat de v\u00eddeos educatius i videoclips musicals, la redacci\u00f3 de lemes en contra de l\u2019assetjament i el ciberassetjament, la lectura de contes i llibres il\u00b7lustrats, la lectura d\u2019articles per fam\u00edlies, o la creaci\u00f3 de productes art\u00edstics i creatius, com a campanya en contra de les males relacions en l\u2019edat escolar.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Altres recomanacions a les fam\u00edlies<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Com a recomanacions per a les fam\u00edlies, FAROS, l\u2019Observatori de la salut de la inf\u00e0ncia i l\u2019adolesc\u00e8ncia de l\u2019Hospital Sant Joan de D\u00e9u, apropa al tema del ciberassetjament en <a class=\"external-link\" title=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/faros.hsjdbcn.org\/es\/articulo\/ciberbullying-como-detectar-si-tu-hijo-esta-sufriendo\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">un article,<\/a> tot detallant alguns consells i formes d\u2019actuar per prevenir o ajudar.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1 de cada 3 alumnes pateixen ciberassetjament<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Segons una enquesta publicada el 2019 per UNICEF i el representant especial del Secretari General de les Nacions Unides sobre viol\u00e8ncia contra la inf\u00e0ncia, 1 de cada 3 alumnes diuen haver patit assetjament o viol\u00e8ncia f\u00edsica en els darrers mesos. Un de cada 3 parlen d\u2019assetjament a trav\u00e9s de les tecnologies o ciberassetjament.<\/p>\n<p>D\u2019altra banda, des del passat mes de novembre, la UNESCO va subscriure el nou Dia Internacional contra la Viol\u00e8ncia i l\u2019Assetjament a l\u2019Escola, que inclou el ciberassetjament, i que se celebrar\u00e0 el primer dijous de novembre de cada any. El focus d\u2019atenci\u00f3 de la celebraci\u00f3 es basa en la promoci\u00f3 del respecte als drets dels alumnes com a infants i adolescents, i la toler\u00e0ncia zero a tot tipus de viol\u00e8ncia, englobant aix\u00ed totes les formes d\u2019assetjament o <em>bullying<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p><a
