{"id":4929,"date":"2020-02-03T13:55:32","date_gmt":"2020-02-03T12:55:32","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesjoanbrudieu\/?p=4929"},"modified":"2020-02-03T13:55:32","modified_gmt":"2020-02-03T12:55:32","slug":"alumnat-de-btx-activitat-formativa-el-mon-de-la-diferencia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesjoanbrudieu\/general\/alumnat-de-btx-activitat-formativa-el-mon-de-la-diferencia\/","title":{"rendered":"Alumnat de BTX: activitat formativa &#8220;El m\u00f3n de la difer\u00e8ncia&#8221;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Els dies 13 i 14 de febrer, l\u2019alumnat de 1r de BTX i de 2n de BTX realitzar\u00e0 uns tallers de 2 hores per tal d\u2019aprendre sobre les caracter\u00edstiques del seu comportament i el de la resta, per ajudar-los a con\u00e8ixer el seu model comunicatiu de cara al Treball de Recerca per a l\u2019alumnat de 1r de BTX, i, amb car\u00e0cter d\u2019orientaci\u00f3 personal per a l\u2019alumnat de 2n de BTX per tal de facilitar la seva tria d\u2019uns estudis posteriors adients a la seva personalitat. Els tallers, impartits per professionals externs de l\u2019empresa IDDINK, es faran mitjan\u00e7ant l\u2019eina <strong>MapsTell<\/strong> (<a href=\"https:\/\/mapstell.com\/es\">https:\/\/mapstell.com\/es<\/a>), basada en el model avaluatiu DISC, que agrupa els quatre estils de comportament: \u00ab<em>Dominance<\/em>\u00bb (decisiu, dominant), \u00ab<em>Inducement<\/em>\u00bb (influent), \u00ab<em>Submission<\/em>\u00bb (estable), \u00ab<em>Compliance<\/em>\u00bb (conscienci\u00f3s).<\/p>\n<p>Els tallers, de car\u00e0cter grupal, s\u2019iniciaran els dies previs amb la resposta individual a un q\u00fcestionari, el resultat del qual es veur\u00e0 reflectit, de manera clara i molt m\u00e9s senzilla de llegir i d\u2019interpretar, en un mapa personal. El dia del taller, el mapa convidar\u00e0 l\u2019alumnat a explorar el seu propi comportament per tal que, a continuaci\u00f3, pugui traspassar les fronteres i endinsar-se trepitjant, literalment, en un mapa est\u00e8s a terra, el m\u00f3n d\u2019altri.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019Associaci\u00f3 de Mares i Pares de l\u2019Institut Joan Brudieu, ara m\u00e9s que mai, est\u00e0 present i treballa conjuntament amb el centre per tal que avancin nous projectes que considera que s\u00f3n d\u2019inter\u00e8s per als vostres fills i filles. Enguany, el cost dels tallers vindr\u00e0 sufragat en la seva totalitat per l\u2019AMPA, que hi dona total suport amb la voluntat de donar a con\u00e8ixer, com a experi\u00e8ncia pilot, aquesta nova eina a tot l\u2019alumnat de Batxillerat. S\u2019ent\u00e9n, doncs, que l\u2019AMPA, de manera puntual, no fa distinci\u00f3 entre SOCI i NO SOCI, ja que aix\u00f2 suposaria un perjudici per a TOT l\u2019alumnat del centre, en cas d\u2019haver-hi continu\u00eftat en els anys vinents.<\/p>\n<p>Des de l\u2019Institut hi estem molt il\u00b7lusionats i creiem que aquesta activitat, pel seu format i contingut, ser\u00e0 molt profitosa per a l\u2019alumnat, a m\u00e9s de divertida i engrescadora.<\/p>\n<p>Carta informativa per a les fam\u00edlies de <a
