{"id":1613,"date":"2016-07-03T17:35:02","date_gmt":"2016-07-03T16:35:02","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesjoanbrudieu\/?page_id=1613"},"modified":"2023-07-17T19:39:37","modified_gmt":"2023-07-17T17:39:37","slug":"convivencia-i-mediacio-escolar","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesjoanbrudieu\/serveis\/convivencia-i-mediacio-escolar\/","title":{"rendered":"Conviv\u00e8ncia i Mediaci\u00f3 Escolar"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>La Conviv\u00e8ncia a l&#8217;Institut<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>El <strong>Projecte de Conviv\u00e8ncia<\/strong> reflecteix les accions que l&#8217;Institut Joan Brudieu desenvolupa per capacitar tot l\u2019alumnat\u00a0 i la resta de la comunitat escolar per a la conviv\u00e8ncia i la gesti\u00f3 positiva dels conflictes.El marc normatiu que el regula \u00e9s la <a href=\"https:\/\/dogc.gencat.cat\/ca\/pdogc_canals_interns\/pdogc_resultats_fitxa\/?action=fitxa&amp;documentId=878543&amp;language=ca_ES\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Resoluci\u00f3 EDU\/1753\/2020<\/a>, de 16 de juliol, per la qual es modifica la <a href=\"http:\/\/dogc.gencat.cat\/ca\/pdogc_canals_interns\/pdogc_resultats_fitxa\/?action=fitxa&amp;mode=single&amp;documentId=781530&amp;language=ca_ES\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Resoluci\u00f3 ENS\/585\/2017<\/a>, de 17 de mar\u00e7, per la qual s&#8217;estableix l&#8217;elaboraci\u00f3 i la implementaci\u00f3 del Projecte de Conviv\u00e8ncia en els centres educatius dins del marc del Projecte Educatiu de Centre.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/institutjoanbrudieu.cat\/public\/web_centre\/html\/documents\/secretaria\/documents\/1920_PdC_Projecte_de_Convivencia.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">PdC &#8211; Projecte de Conviv\u00e8ncia de l&#8217;Institut Joan Brudieu<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><object style=\"width: 800px; height: 600px;\" data=\"https:\/\/institutjoanbrudieu.cat\/public\/web_centre\/html\/documents\/secretaria\/documents\/1920_PdC_Projecte_de_Convivencia.pdf\" width=\"300\" height=\"150\"><\/object><\/p>\n<p>A m\u00e9s, l&#8217;Institut ha elaborat\u00a0 unes <strong>Pautes de Conviv\u00e8ncia<\/strong> que s\u00f3n un recull d\u2019orientacions que per una banda pretenen seguir criteris de sentit com\u00fa i coher\u00e8ncia, i per l\u2019altra, estan basades en les normes de conviv\u00e8ncia de l\u2019Institut Joan Brudieu, de les quals en teniu un <strong>extracte<\/strong> a l\u2019aula, a l\u2019aula virtual de tutoria i a la <a href=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesjoanbrudieu\/secretaria\/documentacio-institut\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">p\u00e0gina web de l\u2019institut <\/a>(Men\u00fa &gt; Secretaria &gt; Documentaci\u00f3 estrat\u00e8gica de l&#8217;Institut). Aquestes orientacions i recomanacions seran \u00fatils per poder afavorir la conviv\u00e8ncia en un ambient de respecte entre tota la comunitat educativa; alumnat, professorat i fam\u00edlies.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/institutjoanbrudieu.cat\/public\/web_centre\/html\/documents\/secretaria\/documents\/2223_NOFC_INSJB_Extracte_alumnat.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">NOFC \u2013 Normes d\u2019Organitzaci\u00f3 i Funcionament del Centre \u2013 Extracte Alumnat<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><object style=\"width: 800px; height: 600px;\" data=\"https:\/\/institutjoanbrudieu.cat\/public\/web_centre\/html\/documents\/secretaria\/documents\/2223_NOFC_INSJB_Extracte_alumnat.pdf\" width=\"300\" height=\"150\"><span style=\"display: inline-block; width: 0px; overflow: hidden; line-height: 0;\" data-mce-type=\"bookmark\" class=\"mce_SELRES_start\">\ufeff<\/span><\/object><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/institutjoanbrudieu.cat\/public\/web_centre\/html\/documents\/secretaria\/documents\/2324_NOFC_INSJB_Pautes_convivencia.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">NOFC &#8211; Pautes de conviv\u00e8ncia<\/a>: orientacions i recomanacions per poder afavorir la conviv\u00e8ncia en un ambient de respecte entre tota la comunitat educativa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><object style=\"width: 800px; height: 600px;\" data=\"https:\/\/institutjoanbrudieu.cat\/public\/web_centre\/html\/documents\/secretaria\/documents\/2324_NOFC_INSJB_Pautes_convivencia.pdf\" width=\"300\" height=\"150\"><\/object><\/p>\n<h2><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Mediaci\u00f3 escolar<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En l\u00ednies generals el projecte de mediaci\u00f3 pret\u00e9n, en conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncia amb el treball en valors que es du a terme al centre des de fa temps, oferir alternatives a la conviv\u00e8ncia al centre i optar per un model disciplinari no punitiu sin\u00f3 convivencial i afavoridor del di\u00e0leg i la negociaci\u00f3 com a forma priorit\u00e0ria de resoluci\u00f3 dels conflictes.<\/p>\n<p>En un principi la tasca de mediaci\u00f3 s&#8217;encomanava a dos professors que conjuntament amb el cap d&#8217;estudis constitueixen l&#8217;equip de mediaci\u00f3.
